There's no better way to begin the day than with breakfast at one of Reykjavík's cozy bakeries. Grab a freshly baked cinnamon bun or snúður with a cup of locally roasted coffee. After breakfast, make your way to Hallgrímskirkja, Reykjavík's iconic church, for panoramic views over the colorful rooftops. Wander down Skólavörðustígur and browse the boutiques, galleries, and design stores along the way.
Spend the afternoon discovering Reykjavík's culture and history. Visit Harpa Concert Hall, explore the Old Harbour, or browse the exhibitions at one of the city's many museums.
