IntraClubs & Interest Groups

One of the best ways to make new connections and get the most out of your Center Club membership is to join one of our existing lntraClub or Interest (Affinity) Groups. These member-led groups are created and run by members and are a great way to develop new relationships, network and get more involved in the Club. If you were a member of a group in 2022, you will automatically be enrolled and if applicable, billed in January. If your plans have changed, please let us know. Interest groups are free to join, but registration is requested to keep you informed on the latest events.

Book Club

Chairs: Eva Hodsdon & Barbara Portnoy Gather together with other members for a bi-monthly Book Club curated by members of the group. No cost to join. Books not included.

COCKTAIL CLUB*

Chairs: Stephanie Basu & Stuart Goldberg

Monthly themed tastings highlight a specific spirit or drink type and provide the chance to learn about and try new cocktails. Annual cost is $150 and includes two complimentary handcrafted Cocktails of the Month, discounted pricing at events and an invitation to attend monthly tastings.

Craft Beer Club

Chairs: Erik Moore & Buzz Scheffenacker

The Craft Beer Club comes together several times per year. Events include educational tastings to cover color, aroma, carbonation and body. Tastings could also include pairings. Whether you enjoy a lager, porter or stout, there will be something for everyone. No cost to join.

EXECUTIVE FORUM* & EXECUTIVE FORUM 2*

Monthly meetings encourage members to share best practices, discuss relevant operational topics, explore ideas and expand their external network.

Annual cost is $100. Enrollment is limited to members of noncompeting companies. Must be approved to join and attend meetings.

Frenchclub

Chair: Howard Sobkov

Monthly meetings for those interested in French (and all skill levels) to practice and enjoy conversation. No cost to join.

Healthcare Connections

Several times a year, industry leaders in the healthcare community are invited to speak at the Club on various healthcare topics. No cost to join.

Real Estate Connections

Top real estate leaders are invited to speak at the Club with a networking reception prior. No cost to join.

Veterans Initiative

Chair: Samuel Kimzey

The Veterans Initiative is about bringing the unique perspectives of military veterans to The Center Club. The Initiative is a forum to discuss a range of topics such as current events, the intersection of industry, innovation, and the modern military, projects, and history with veteran speakers, authors and business people. No cost to join.

WINE CLUB*

Chairs: Al Spoler & Howard Sobkov

The Wine Club gathers members each month who have an appreciation for the enjoyment of wine. Events include educational tastings, dinners and more. Annual cost is $150 and includes two complimentary glasses of our Wine of the Month, no corkage fee at two dinners, and first priority to register for Wine Club events.

WOMEN IN BUSINESS*

Chairs: Gina Ramsey & Lori Villegas

Women in Business gives professional female Club members a venue to connect and network on the first Tuesday of every month. Annual cost is $100 and includes access to monthly dinners.
