s Centennial Center Park celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, Centennial’s first Cityowned park will soon gain additional enhancements to further distinguish this award-winning landmark and bring additional features for the community.
NEW AND EXPANDED FEATURES TO COME: • Event pavilion • West-facing overlook structure • Picnic grove and shelters
The 11-acre Centennial Center Park opened in 2012 and features worldclass amenities including a splash pad, amphitheater, playgrounds, covered shelters and shade structures, paved and unpaved walking trails and many more attractions. A plant-lover’s delight, the park also showcases natural elements and native plants.
• Gazebo and gathering space
Last Fall, the City began expanding Centennial Center Park to the south. This $4 million project will bring new and enhanced features to the park.
The expansion will be completed in several phases in the coming months.
