THE BACK STORY Get to know Centaur's Marketing Operations Team Leader, Rebecca Elms With a much-deserved promotion, Rebecca is currently the Marketing Operations Team Leader at Centaur, but what got her to be where she is today?

After high school, Rebecca began her professional career taking photos at major concert events and doing interviews with artists for various publications.

Moving into event management, she held weekly club events and organised promotions for major touring companies in the music industry. After a few years, and with the introduction of lock out laws in Sydney, Rebecca saw an opportunity to move into a new career path and joined Centaur in 2015 as an Operations Administration Assistant. Since then, she has moved through various roles within the company, landing her now finally as the Marketing Operations Team Leader.

As Team Leader, Rebecca is the glue that holds the Centaur Marketing Team together. She loves being able to be express her creativity and keep Centaur clients informed on how new developments in PMS can automate tasks that were traditionally manual and improve workflows to allow for business growth.

“Over time, I want to provide more valuable education to practice owners and their staff so that they can make their software work for their practice in a way that allows them to be more efficient in their day-to-day operations so that they can spend more time focusing on their patients care.”

Outside of work, Rebecca loves to spend time with her two Siberian Huskies at the local dog park or at the beach. She also is a lover of all things travel and cherishes being able to spend time with her family.
