THE BACK STORY Get to know Implementation Consultant Danielle If you had asked Danielle straight out of high school what she wanted to do or where she wanted to go, she certainly wouldn't have mentioned the dental industry. As a child, she was always one to make up an excuse for why she couldn't go to a dental appointment.

However, fast forward a few years and Danielle started in the Dental Industry in 2011 as a Dental Assistant, where she completed her Cert III in Dental Assisting. She then worked as a DA until 2014, when she decided that she needed a change.

"I came across the position of Operations Admin Assistant for Centaur and decided to apply as I had previous experience with the program".

Working with the training team, Danielle helped to train new staff members in Dental4Windows and created training videos for the online learning centre (now known as eSupport). After some time in the training team, and wanting to challenge herself, Danielle moved into Centaur's Implementation Department, where she currently works in close contact with clients, helping to install D4W databases and different D4W modules.

"I enjoy watching Centaur grow as a company, giving our clients more options and flexibility with new products. D4W is evolving, and it has been exciting to watch it grow over the past 8 years."

Alongside her work, Danielle is in the midst of completing a Bachelor of Marine Science, and you can often find her outside, bushwalking, camping or in the water exploring. Or, Pre-Covid, she would have been off travelling and exploring new countries.
