Plan Management Supports

Plan Management is the provision of financial support/administration to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

At the planning stage clients can opt to have all financial aspects of their plans managed by a third party such as Centacare. Our role is to communicate with suppliers, pay invoices on the participants behalf and monitor the participants budgets to ensure they are able to maintain services and achieve their set goals for the term of their plan.
As a small team, Centacare Plan Management provides services to a large number of NDIS clients around the New England North West region. We receive and process invoices daily, and conduct payment runs 3 times a week.
Under NDIS regulations, duly approved payments under an NDIS plan should be paid within 5 days. Centacare NENW has developed software and interface portals that provides ease of use for both clients and suppliers and streamlines the payment process of these invoices, while tracking available plan budgets.
Centacare provide our clients with real time access to their budgets through the Centacare Portal. Clients can access the balances of their relevant budgets, copies of invoices processed and paid and see any supplier initiated bookings that have been placed. This allows the client a greater freedom to choose how to spend the funds attached to their NDIS plan. For clients that do not have access to the internet, or aren’t technically minded, Centacare provides a hard copy report once per month or on request.
The Centacare Plan Management team prides itself on our availability to our clients. All our Plan Management clients have access to a direct phone number of a plan manager who can assist them immediately with their enquiry. In addition, we contact our clients once a month to check in and ensure they are satisfied with how their plan is going.
