Contract Terms and Conditions SmartData Contract Data The SmartData contract offerings are available for a monthly fee, which includes a Cell C data-enabled SIM card; data which shall be equally allocated every month for 12 or 24 months, other than the first month when the data and monthly subscription will be prorated according to the number of days remaining in the month; and a device where applicable. The initial data bundle will be valid until the end of that calendar month. New data bundles will be loaded on the first of every month at 00:00:00. Bundles will expire at the end of every calendar month at 23:59:59. The monthly inclusive Nite data can be used only between 12am and 6am. Upon expiration there shall be no rollover of unused data to the following month or year. To use LTE, the customer must be provisioned for the LTE service on the Cell C network. Pinnacle Plans The Pinnacle packages are available on both Post-paid and Top Up for new and existing customers. All standard Terms and Conditions of Cell C (Pty) Ltd and Cell C Service Provider Company (Pty) Ltd apply. Customers who take out a SIM Only Pinnacle package deal have a choice of month-to-month, 12, 18 and 24-month contract length. All prices and usage rates advertised include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The first month’s inclusive benefits will be prorated depending on the date of activation of the package; thereafter the benefits will be credited monthly on the 1st of every calendar month. There is no carry-over of any unused value from month to month. Any unused value will be forfeited. Promotion valid until 31 January 2017. Out-of-bundle data rates: Pinnacle 100 - 400 @ R0.99c per MB, Pinnacle 600 - Unlimited @ R0.15c per MB.

C Surance The insurance company is The Hollard Insurance Company Limited. Finrite Insurance Administrators (a division of Aon South Africa (Pty), Limited) is an authorised financial services provider (FSP 20555). The call centre number is 084 157 0007, where your policy will be issued and administered, and where all claims under your policy will be handled. Anyone helping you in store is not authorised to give you any recommendation, guidance or advice about whether you should take out the policy. They will give you factual details about the policy, guide you through the brochure, and answer any routine questions you may have. If you want financial advice, they will give you time to consult your own broker, or you can phone Finrite’s call centre. C Surance is not compulsory. You are free to take out alternative cover of your own choice. You will not be insured until you receive an SMS on your mobile device confirming that your insurance cover has begun. Therefore, you must activate the mobile device and SIM card immediately. If you do not receive an SMS confirming cover within 24 hours, please contact Finrite, on the above contact details.

Upgrade Promotion 1. The Upgrade Promotion will run from 24 October 2016 until 31 January 2017 (“the Promotion period”) and is applicable to all existing Cell C Hybrid and Post-paid customers who upgrade to a 24-month Pinnacle package during this period. 2. Qualifying customers who successfully upgrade to a 24-month Pinnacle package during the Promotion period will receive additional Promotional data (valid for a certain period only), depending on the Pinnacle package selected. The additional data is allocated as follows: 3. Allocation of Promotional data:

3.1. The Promotional data is a once-off allocation at the time of upgrade;

3.2. Validity of the Promotional data is based on the tariff plan the customer upgrades to;

3.3. The Promotional data will be allocated within 48 hours of the upgrade being processed and customers will receive a message confirming the Promotional data allocation.

3.4. The countdown for the validity of the Promotional data will start from the day on which the customer is allocated the Promotional data. For the avoidance of doubt, if a customer upgraded on 24 October 2016 to a Pinnacle 30 tariff plan, on 25 October 2016 the customer was allocated the 500MB data. The 30-day validity of the Promotional data will start from 25 October 2016 as this is the date on which the data was allocated to the customer.
