HOW DOES IT WORK? Wi-Fi Calling is quite simple. Just follow these easy steps: Step 1: Go in store or visit cellc.co.za/wiﬁcalling to ﬁnd out if your handset is Wi-Fi Calling enabled. Step 2: Enable Wi-Fi Calling on your phone. Step 3: Connect to your preferred Wi-Fi network. Step 4: You’re now ready to make calls and send SMS, check voicemail or your balance.

HOW DOES IT WORK INTERNATIONALLY? When you travel internationally, simply connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot, and you’ll get charged at your local Cell C tariff plan rates – as if you were in South Africa. This means no more expensive roaming costs, and you can even use your included minutes.

Unlike other app-to-app calling services, with Cell C Wi-Fi Calling, there’s no need to download applications, have special user accounts or start up an app to use it. It’s all built in, already connected to your contacts and works with your phone’s dialler. That means you can simply make a call, send an SMS, or even use USSD without logging into another application or importing your contacts to that application’s database.

General Terms and Conditions A new Cell C subscriber agreement in which the customer will accept all Terms and Conditions must be completed. If the customer enters into a subscriber agreement with Cell C during the month, the first month’s subscription fee will be prorated for that month. Thereafter, the customer will be billed monthly for the service subscription and will receive full allocation of the inclusive value (specific to the package subscribed to) on the first of each month. Cell C may amend, modify or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion and the amended version will be displayed in the same media as these Terms and Conditions. Cell C will notify the customer before Cell C amends or otherwise changes the Terms and Conditions. International calling and roaming are excluded from inclusive benefits. All standard Terms and Conditions of the Cell C Service Provider apply. Standard RICA rules and processes apply. All prices and usage rates advertised include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Once-off SIM and connection fee of R195 applies to all contracts and SmartData packages. A post-paid customer will be billed for out-of-bundle usage in the month following such usage. Downward migrations and cancellations will attract penalty fees. Offers are subject to availability, while stocks last.

WhatsApp Bundle The WhatsApp bundle on prepaid packages will be valid for 30 days upon activation. A fair usage limit of 1.2GB applies. DataExtenda Bundles DataExtenda Bundles are available to all prepaid, post-paid and hybrid customers. Customers can load bundles via USSD on *147#, by calling Customer Care on 140, or by visiting any store that sells Cell C data and requesting that the data bundle to be added to their account. DataExtenda bundles will be available as once-off or recurring. Data is valid for 30 days, however with DataExtenda bundles customers can extend their expiry date and carry over the data balance by purchasing another DataExtenda bundle or transferring a portion of their DataExtenda bundle balance to any customer on the Cell C network by dialling *147*1#.

Data Transfer Data Transfer is a service that allows prepaid, post-paid and hybrid customers to transfer a portion of their DataExtenda bundle or choose to purchase a DataExtenda bundle for another customer on the Cell C network. To transfer a portion of data, the customer must have a DataExtenda bundle loaded. To purchase a DataExtenda bundle for a friend, the customer does not need to have a DataExtenda bundle. Customer can dial *147*1# for Data Transfer.

Epic The Epic packages are available on both post-paid and Top Up for new and existing customers. Epic package deals comprising of both a handset and SIM card are available on 24-month contracts only. There is no carry-over of any unused rand value. Any unused rand value will be forfeited.

Pinnacle Plans The Pinnacle packages are available on both post-paid and Top Up for new and existing customers. All standard Terms and Conditions of Cell C (Pty) Ltd and Cell C Service Provider Company (Pty) Ltd apply. Customers who take out a SIM-Only Pinnacle package deal have a choice of month-to-month, 12, 18 and 24-month contract length. All prices and usage rates advertised include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The first month’s inclusive benefits will be prorated depending on the date of activation of the package; thereafter the benefits will be credited monthly on the 1st of every calendar month. There is no carry-over of any unused value from month to month. Any unused value will be forfeited. The Contract Buyout amount you qualify for will depend on the amount outstanding on your current contract.

Trade Up, Trade In The service is open to all qualifying new and existing Cell C customers. In order to participate in the service, customers must: have lawful title to the device presented for trade-in. In the event that the customer does not have lawful title to the device, Cell C reserves the right to bar and/or suspend the customer from utilising the services and/or using the trade-in value; if during the review and grading process, Cell C determines that a device is blacklisted, Cell C shall immediately return the device to the customer and the customer shall be barred from utilising the service. Once the trade-in value has been displayed to the customer, the value shall be ﬁnal and Cell C shall not be obliged to enter into any discussions with the customer regarding the value displayed as the trade-in value. Cell C has the right to withdraw, or shorten the duration of the service, in its sole discretion and absolute discretion and will notify customers if it chooses to do so. Customers will not have a claim against Cell C in this event.

C Surance The insurance company is The Hollard Insurance Company Limited. Finrite Insurance Administrators (a division of Aon South Africa (Pty), Limited) is an authorised financial services provider (FSP 20555). The call centre number is 084 157 0007, where your policy will be issued and administered, and where all claims under your policy will be handled. Anyone helping you in store is not authorised to give you any recommendation, guidance or advice about whether you should take out the policy. They will give you factual details about the policy, guide you through the brochure, and answer any routine questions you may have. If you want financial advice, they will give you time to consult your own broker, or you can phone Finrite’s call centre. C Surance is not compulsory. You are free to take out alternative cover of your own choice. You will not be insured until you receive an SMS on your mobile device confirming that your insurance cover has begun. Therefore, you must activate the mobile device and SIM card immediately. If you do not receive an SMS confirming cover within 24 hours, please contact Finrite, on the above contact details.

GetMore GetMore is a recurring value added service available to valid Cell C contract customers. New customers will be debited R99 in the ﬁrst month; a R40 once-off Joining Fee and R59 as the next month’s subscription. The service is charged in advance to the customer’s Cell C bill. The subscription fee gives customers access to the service for a month. MiAssist MiAssist is a recurring value added service available to valid Cell C contract customers. Members will use the Cell C MiAssist mobile application to request the MiAssist services. The MiAssist app is only compatible with Android and iOS devices. New customers will be debited twice in the ﬁrst month; a once-off Activation Fee and the ﬁrst month’s subscription. The service is charged in arrears to the customer’s Cell C bill. The subscription fee gives customers access to the service for a month. The MiAssist service is available 24 hours a day.

MyAutoCare MyAutoCare services are recurring value added services available to valid prepaid and contract customers. New customers will be debited twice in the ﬁrst month; a once-off Activation Fee and the ﬁrst month’s subscription for the applicable service. The services are charged in arrears to the customer’s Cell C bill or airtime. Activating any of the services gives customers access to the applicable service for a month.
