Contract Terms and Conditions SmartData Contract SmartData contracts are available as either Postpaid or TopUp and are available as SIM only offers or deals with devices (as advertised). Monthly data will be equally allocated every month for the contract duration, other than in the first month when the data allocation and monthly subscription will be prorata’d according to the number of days remaining in the month. Data will be allocated on the first of every month at 00:00:00 and will be valid until the end of the next calendar month after which any unused data will expire. The monthly inclusive Nite data is only applicable to Postpaid contracts and can be used only between 12am and 6am. Nite data does not rollover and will expire at the end of the calendar month in which it was allocated. To use LTE, the customer must be provisioned for the LTE service on the Cell C network and must be in an area covered by Cell C LTE. SmartData Share Promotion The promotion applies to new contracts and upgrades only. Doubled data available every month x 24 months from date of activation and is based on the standard data allocation on SmartData 5GB, 10GB, 20GB and 50GB. The promotional value includes Double Anytime and Nite data: 20GB total data includes 10GB Anytime and 10GB Nite data per month, 40GB total data includes 20GB Anytime and 20GB Nite data per month. 80GB total data includes 40GB Anytime and 40GB Nite data per month, 200GB total data includes 100GB Anytime and 100GB Nite data per month. A fair usage limit of 1 000 minutes applies on Wi-Fi calling enabled devices only including Smartdata Share deals. Up to 14 SIMs can be linked to the primary SIM at a cost of R5/SIM per month. Pinnacle Plans The Pinnacle packages are available on both Post-paid and Top Up for new and existing customers. Customers who take out a SIM Only Pinnacle package deal have a choice of month-to-month, 12, 18 and 24-month contract length. All prices and usage rates advertised include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The first month’s inclusive benefits will be prorated depending on the date of activation of the package; thereafter the benefits will be credited monthly on the 1st of every calendar month. There is no carry-over of any unused value from month to month. Any unused value will be forfeited. Pinnacle 100 and above (Postpaid and Top Up) now includes black data. The inclusive black data is exclusively for use on the black entertainment platform and is for on-net use only (i.e. not for use on National Roaming). The free black SMART BOX is available on selected Pinnacle 1000 and Pinnacle Unlimited deals, while stocks last. Out-of-bundle data rates: Pinnacle 100 - 400 @ R0.99c per MB, Pinnacle 600 - Unlimited @ R0.15c per MB. All out of bundle black data will be charged at R0.15 per MB.
Connector Plans The Connector packages are available on Post-paid only for new and existing customers. MegaBonus Recharge with R5 or more and get 100% bonus airtime and 100% bonus black data. The FREE bonus airtime value is valid for up to 3 days from date of recharge for recharges between R5 and R99.99 and 5 days for recharges of R100 or more. The bonus black data is valid for 180 days irrespective of the value of the recharge.
C-FIBRE MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT: All offers on C-Fibre that are in partnership with Vumatel, Frogfoot and Open Serve is subject to credit vetting. Monthly subscription prices pricing available will vary depending on the Fibre partner in your area and selected speed. .All start-up costs that are provided for free have been itemised in the terms and conditions and will be subsidised by Cell C. With the exception of the FREE 1GB LTE Mobile data all other start-up costs supplied free are subject to a 24 months pro-rata clawback on cancellation. All pricing provided include VAT.
C Surance The Insurance company is The Hollard Insurance Company Limited. Worldwide Advisory Services (Pty) Limited are an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP 12 964). The call centre number is 084 157 0007, where your policy will be issued and administered, and where all claims under your policy will be handled. Anyone helping you in store is not authorised to give you any recommendation, guidance or advice about whether you should take out the policy. They will give you factual details about the policy, guide you through the brochure, and answer any routine questions you may have. If you want financial advice, they will give you time to consult your own Broker or you can call Worldwide Advisory Services call centre. Cell C shall not be liable for any liability, loss(es) and/or damage and/or cost or expense whether direct, indirect and/or of a consequential nature relating directly or indirectly to the insurance. You are free to take out alternative cover of your own choice. You will not be insured until you receive an SMS on your mobile device confirming that your insurance has begun.
