BACKGROUND |
Whether it’s online or offline shopping, fast fashion is now very accessible. An individual could buy around 60 new items in a year. In 2020, garments are only worn half as long as they were in 2022. Half of the clothing we bought ends up in landfills in less than 3 years.
Around 2 million of textile waste is produced every year and will continue to increase. Landfills are filled with waste garment. While decomposing, clothing emits greenhouse gases such as CO2 and CH4 which are the major global warming problem.
DESIGN CONCEPT |
Making an app that can help slow down the fast fashion industry is the main goal of the design concept. We want consumer to be more considerate and aware before purchasing an item of clothing, wearing the item, and what Save happens to the clothing when they don’t want it anymore. The idea is to use AI visual recognition to detect the material of your clothing, AI will match the fabric to an existing fabric database. With this information, user can determine how to recy- cle, how to take care of the apparel. stof.
BACKGROUND |
We often see toddlers looking at tabs and screens. It is not a very rare sight for us, considering we too, look at our screens everyday. We know that developing children don’t learn best from screens. Even though it’s about ABCs and numbers. Screen time can decrease the words and sentences that toddlers would use, resulting in delayed language development.
By lowering or restricting their screen time, parents can increase more words learn by toddlers. It is recommended for parents to talk and interact with their children. The problem is not may modern parents could keep their eye on children 24/7.
DESIGN CONCEPT |
Act as a baby monitor too, it is connected with the parents’ smartphone. Giving full control of the speaker and camera. Tou tou will accompany your children throughout different activities, indoor or outdoor. Tou tou is designed to suit toddlers, kids, and elementary age kids. When they’re old enough and have responsibilties such as homeworks and chores, tou tou can be set to remind them.
Tou tou smart speaker can accompany your children in their activites, as appealing as the screens, tou tou only produce sounds. While the parents are away, tou tou will help them play and learn.

Dobell’o is a local brand from Malang, Indonesia Mainly making “pia” a traditional pastry dessert from Indonesia. Recently the company made a rebranding wanting to put their products on a bigger marketplace

A series of coaster for your coffee table, that represents weather conditions Made with various acrylic material and texture. The mountain shaped coaster holder symbolises natural comfort. The coasters are matched with smooth, matte, surfaces and fluorescent soft and transparent colours.
It subverts the idea that coasters are used alone can be integrated into an interactive decoration.
