Celina ISD’s digital publications offer a unique opportunity to connect with Celina, Texas residents while showcasing your business. Our Community Bobcat Bulletin newsletter reaches approximately 9,000 parents, students, staff, and community members. In 2025-26, we will produce three digital editions: summer, fall, and spring.
As the fastest growing city in the nation, and more than 800 people moving to Celina, TX each month, our publications provide vast exposure for your business. CELINA EDUCATION FOUNDATION
The Celina Education Foundation's core belief and guiding principle can be summarized as:
"If all Celina Independent School District students have the opportunity to pursue their dreams, our community, country and world will be a better place."
The Celina Education Foundation (CEF), formerly known as the Celina Association of Renaissance Excellence (C.A.R.E.), was founded in 1992 with a mission to foster academic excellence in Celina ISD. For over 30 years, we have united community support to promote student achievement and encourage a culture of academic excellence across Celina ISD.
Through generous donations and partnerships, the CEF has provided essential funding for educational materials across all Celina ISD campuses, ensuring students have access to resources beyond traditional funding. In addition, our Grants for Great Ideas program, launched in 2018, empowers teachers with funding for innovative classroom projects. We are also proud to support Celina High School graduates by awarding scholarships to help them pursue their educational dreams.
Last year alone, thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we provided approximately $50,000 to Celina ISD campuses, $35,000 in teacher grants, and $150,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors.
As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, all donations to the Celina Education Foundation are taxdeductible. We invite you to partner with us to continue making a lasting impact on Celina ISD students and educators.

Nothing shows your support of the District more than a scholarship made through CEF. Hundreds of Celina seniors have been honored with scholarships since CEF began in 1992. Show your support in the most meaningful way possible with a scholarship donation of $2,500 or more. What better way to honor a loved one, celebrate a teacher, or fund a need, by creating a scholarship in someone's honor. Donors will be invited to the Scholarship Awards Assembly each May in order to meet the student recipients.
As a 501(c)(3) organization, the Celina Education Foundation ensures that sponsorships and donations may be tax-deductible , providing both a marketing advantage and a potential financial benefit.
