INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS UNDERWAY ON SUNSET BLVD

The sewer installation along Sunset Blvd is approximately 45% complete. Construction crews are currently working from west to east to complete this phase of the project. Upon completion of the sewer infrastructure, the contractor will begin earthwork operations and the full replacement of the roadway surface.

Roadway reconstruction is scheduled to proceed in the opposite direction - from east to west - following the completion of sewer work. At this time, the project remains on schedule and is anticipated to be completed by the end of the year, weather permitting. Staff will continue to monitor progress closely and provide updates as necessary.

These activities reflect continued progress as we move toward the completion of these key infrastructure projects.
