WELCOME OUR NEWEST TEAM MEMBER
The City is proud to welcome our newest team member, Joshua Herrera, to our Public Works team as our new Stormwater Maintenance Worker. We look forward to Joshua’s contributions in advancing the City’s goals and serving our community.
YOUTH SPRING SPORTS REGISTRATION UPDATE

This week, we officially opened registration for our Youth Spring Sports, including soccer, baseball, and softball. We are pleased to report that registration numbers are strong, and our community’s enthusiasm for these programs is evident. We are especially excited about the upcoming Spring Youth Soccer season. However, we understand that some residents are encountering a “waitlisted” message when attempting to register their children. This is due to a shortage of coaches, which currently limits our ability to fill every team roster. As we continue recruiting more coaches, we will be able to accommodate additional children on teams for the season.
DALLAS NORTH TOLLWAY PHASE 4A PROJECT: LANE CLOSURE NOTIFICATION
As part of the ongoing work on the DNT Phase 4A project, please be advised that crews will be implementing the upcoming lane closures. These closures are necessary for transporting topsoil, performing a mass haul of materials, and completing clean-up work in the affected areas. Please note that the entire left lanes will not be closed, and we will ensure there are no conflicts between lane closures within the same areas. Additional closures will occur at construction exits as needed to maintain safety and efficient traffic flow.
Thursday, December 26, through Saturday, December 28, from 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• The daily northbound and southbound left lane of Dallas Pkwy. from First St. to FM 428
