Identification of specific knowledge deficiencies and skill gaps of the young people in Uganda, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Venezuela, Turkey and The Philippines, was the main objective of a survey undertaken in all project GET YES 2 partner countries. Main objectives of these surveys are: (a) to reveal “Skill Gaps” of prospective young business creators (interpreted as “training needs”), (b) to consider how training programs could be organized and delivered most effectively, (c) to investigate the readiness and willingness for business.
The associated tasks were coordinated by Aleksandra Blazevska and Blagoj Trajkov, who are the main authors of this Report. Natasha Chavdarovska gave valuable assets for mentoring the process and Jovan Stalevski also provided valuable assistance. The author(s) wish to acknowledge the information and support received from CEFE Macedonia and its collaborators.
