Order Acknowledgement Process & Timeline
Ordering Procedures Submit via Horizon-Web, or print and e-mail Horizon-Web or 20/20 order forms E-mail to Orders@MouserC.com using PDF format ◼ Orders acknowledgements can be expected 7-8 weeks prior to delivery or sooner based on order type ◼ Ship weeks are assigned at time of order but confirmed at time of acknowledgement ◼ Once acknowledgement received, you will have 48 business hours to send in changes/release order

Ordering Procedures (cont.) ◼
Orders with an optional Technical Review Request • Use “Check Box” on EDI Horizon-Web order form or the Technical Review Request Form, which must accompany the printed Horizon-Web or 20/20 Design orders • An optional Technical Review Request requires a floor plan, appliance brand name and model number, and appliance cut-outs and panel sizes ▪ Elevations are beneficial, but not required • Optional Technical Review will extend shipping time ▪ TR will typically add one week to the posted Shipping Schedule • Orders will have the TR performed and sent with the acknowledgement • In most cases, TR will not need to be returned, but reviewed and Change Order submitted if necessary within the 48 hour time for release 3

Premier Series Ordering Instructions
Allowable Changes & Additions at the Point of Order Release with No Change Order Charge ◼ Add butt doors to any number of cabinets ◼ Reduce cabinet width on up to four cabinets ◼ Allow cabinet’s face frame to be increased in width by use of extended stile(s) or by maintaining the same face frame configuration and just making the cabinet wider. (I.E. same number and configuration of doors, drawer fronts, and vents.) ◼ Add modified overlay on up to four cabinets on full-overlay orders

Premier Series Ordering Instructions Allowable Changes & Additions at the Point of Order Release with No Change Order Charge (cont.) ◼ Change hinge direction on any number of cabinets ◼ Change finished ends on any number of cabinets ◼ Add any loose moulding items to the order that do not require extended lead-time ◼ Add loose end panels, appearance boards, fillers, and finished panels with no mitered edges ◼ Add convenience items to existing cabinets. (I.E. Breadbox, Cutlery Dividers, False Front Trays, etc.) ◼ Add any loose merchandise items

Order Acknowledgement Process & Timeline Specifications When Combining Premier cabinetry with Centra cabinetry The interiors of Centra cabinets and Premier custom cabinets are exact matches. The available cabinet interiors are: ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪
Centra cabinets have MapleLam, a simulated maple wood grain interior on plywood Premier also have a MapleLam interior with plywood construction Premier Veneer Clear Interior construction is not available on a Centra order. Both Centra and Premier offer an optional Walnut Veneer Clear Interior on solid color cabinetry. Premier MapleLam and Centra may be ordered with Matching Interior modification, which matches interior wood species and finishes to those on the cabinet exterior 19

The exposed wall cabinet bottoms of Centra Overlay & Inset cabinets and Premier Overlay & Inset cabinets are different and are finished in this manner: ▪ Centra cabinets have a MapleLam bottom, a simulated maple wood grain exposed ▪ Premier MapleLam and Veneer Clear Interior wall cabinets have exposed bottoms finished to blend with the exterior finishes ▪ The exposed bottoms of all Premier wall cabinets combined with Centra wall cabinets will be MapleLam material to match the exposed MapleLam bottoms of Centra ▪ Centra and Centra Custom wall cabinets can be ordered with the bottom finished to blend with the exterior finish at an up-charge of $244 per cabinet (pg 13-12). ▪ Finished exterior bottoms are standard on both Premier and Centra when optional Walnut Veneer Clear Interior is selected. 20

The face frame reveal between Centra Overlay cabinets is 1/2” and the face frame reveal between Full Overlay Premier cabinets is 1/4”. When Premier cabinets are ordered with a Centra order, the Centra reveals will be on those cabinets. Reveals in Inset and EURO are the same between Centra and Premier. Flush Finished Ends with Miter Lock are standard on Centra cabinets and Premier cabinets. 21
