French National Exam 2023 Results

This year, the middle school students studying French participated in the National French Contest. Students in grades 1-12, in all 50 states and abroad, took a written test and competed against students with similar educational backgrounds for prizes. This year, there were 43,752 students in public and private schools in the United States who participated in this annual event sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French. Grade 6 participated in the FLES contest and competed against 1,983 participants; Grade 7 competed against 2,788 participants; and Grade 8 competed against 11,519 participants. CHP is very proud of all our French students. They ranked nationally and brought home silver, bronze, and honorable mention awards!
