Our explorations will channel us through our imaginations as we investigate, analyze, and create. What can our 3rd graders accomplish this year? The possibilities are endless! In addition to being the 3A homeroom teacher, I will also be the Grade 3 Language Arts/Social Studies teacher. Mrs. Kotasthane will be the Grade 3 Math/Science teacher and 3B homeroom teacher.

1) Masks – will be optional this year. If you choose to have your child wear one, please provide your child with it, and pack an extra mask in a bag that can remain in the backpack until needed.
For our new families, when parents come to school on September 7th for New Parent Orientation, you may bring your child’s supplies in a bag labeled with their name.
For our returning students, you can bring your supplies on September 8th , the first day of school. Please make sure your supplies are labeled. We will be getting lockers this year, but no locks are required.
Please include the following items in your child’s backpack each day:
Our students’ safety is our number one priority, so please send your child prepared with his/her daily supplies as we will not be sharing personal items.

Students should be dropped off outside the side gate from 8:00 –8:15 am. Please be punctual. At 3:30 pm, students are dismissed from the front of the Main Building. After 3:45 pm, they will be sent to ForAfterCare.bothArrival and Dismissal, you can drive up to drop off and pick up your child without parking. No parents will be allowed past the gate for security reasons.

Uniforms
Students are required to wear the regular school uniform daily (including Health class). Three times a week, on designated Gym days, they wear their gym uniforms.
Students will receive their schedule on the first day of school. Every student should come to school in the regular school uniform on the first day, Thursday, September 8th.
Summer Homework Students, when you come to class on September 8th, please remember to bring your summer homework. Summer Homework Assignment

You can also set up parent alerts to facilitate your child’s optimal learning.
