Our independent living ranch homes are tucked into the picturesque 245-acre Cedar Lake campus, adjoining the shores of Big Cedar Lake, while our side-by-side homes are nestled on 14 beautiful acres, just minutes from the shores of Elkhart Lake.

Our independent living apartments are just minutes from the convenience of the City of West Bend, but miles from the hustle and bustle, located on a private, natural 50-acre campus featuring a beautiful pond, gardens, walking trails and a two-hole golf course. When choosing assisted living, Cedar Community offers beautiful apartments where you live independently, but with the assistance you need, when you need it, providing peace of mind for you and your family. Each new resident receives a private, personal assessment with a member of our nursing staff who tailors your care plan to your specific needs.

Our program allows you to add ĂĄ la carte services, so you only pay for the care you need, allowing you to stay safe and independent in your apartment.

For individuals in need of early- to mid-stage memory care support, Cedar Community offers a one-of-a-kind assisted living setting, featuring charming cottage-style residences, nestled into three intimate neighborhoods. The services and life-enrichment programming offers residents with memory loss the opportunity to live a purposeful and comfortable lifestyle, while receiving specialized support and assistance.

Cedar Community also offers short-term rehabilitation for those recovering from a hospitalization or illness, featuring physical, occupational and speech therapy services provided seven days a week in a comfortable setting. Our long-term care households provide skilled nursing and late-stage memory care services that allow residents to enjoy socializing, dining and lifeenriching programs among friends and family.
