Q. Thanks for interviewing with us. Tell everyone who you are and what you do.

A. Well my name is Tony Swindle I reside in Dallas Texas. I run a sports media company called SwinCity Media. We specialize in sports events and teaching youth to become professionals in their fields.

Q. How do you define your purpose in life?

A. I define my purpose in life is to help people to tap into their real selves.

Q. Who do you look up to for inspiration or mentorship?

A. I’m an information seeker, so I talk to GOD a lot, I speak to mentors Rob Wright, Kenny Stevenson, also I look at what those that was successful before me.

Q. As a male leader what has been the most significant barrier in your career?

A. Being in your own way. I am perfectionist, even though I know things will be perfect, I believe that everything should flow.

Q. Who is your favorite sports hero?

A. I don’t have a sports hero. I took different things from those that I felt had something that I use and grow with. Everyone has something that we all can use.

Q. Let’s talk about “SwinCity League” and the motivation behind it?

A. SwinCity League was created tap into the greatness of the city. I consider myself an artist, so I love to create at a high level. Bringing my style to life and letting everyone experience it.

Q. What advice would you give to the next generation of male leaders?

A. Listen to yourself. Listen first. Speak last. Take advice from those that have failed, so you don’t do what they did. Listen to those that are successful take their losses and wins, so you know how it fits where you are going.

Q. Where do you see yourself in the next three years?

A. Everything GOD need me to do. Using SwinCity to inspire and create options for the people.

Q. Are you working on any new events or projects?

A. Yes, I am working on adding more experiences to SwinCity to help others Tap into their GREATNESS.
