Welcome to Magnifying Abilities Magnifying Abilities is a social/recreational program for adults 18 and older with intellectual and physical disabilities. The program is designed to enhance community involvement and lifelong learning of people with disabilities. Individuals who participate in the program reside within Carver and Scott County.

We're Hiring!
Magnifying Abilities is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Paraprofessional to join our team! This is fun and rewarding position offers 5–15 hours per month and a very flexible schedule. Shifts are typically short and occur on weekday evenings, with occasional weekend hours. An ideal candidate is someone who is positive, engaging, and has experience supporting individuals with disabilities. Want to be the friendly face of MA in the community? Here's your chance! Join Susan at the MA table during the ECCS Resource Fair and help showcase all the amazing things MA has to offer. This is a great opportunity to connect with community members, learn more about the ECCS school district, and share how MA makes a difference. If you are looking for an opportunity to be involved in the community, consider volunteering with Magnifying Abilities! We welcome volunteers, ages 16 and older with a friendly attitude and a passion for supporting individuals of ALL abilities!
