Welcome to Club Care, where education meets excitement! Our program is designed to provide a safe and fun environment for your child to learn, grow, and explore a variety of enriching activities. With limited space available, this popular program ensures personalized attention for every participant. Club Care offers a well-rounded curriculum that includes art, STEM, active play, and more.
Ages
Club Care is open to children in kindergarten through 5th grade.
Program Dates
Tuesday, September 3 - Tuesday, June 3 6:30 a.m.-beginning of school day & end of school day - 6:00 p.m.
Meals
A light morning and afternoon snack is offered daily. Students have the option to order school breakfast via their lunch account before the school day begins.
Optional Days
Club Care is open to current families on many of the non-school days (7 a.m.5:30 p.m.) Registration is separate and takes place as the optional dates approach. Optional days are offered at 1-2 sites, dependent on enrollment trends. Club Care families will receive more information at a later date.
Vacation Time
Vacation days are allotted based on the number of days per week you are registered. If you are registered 5 days per week, you will receive 5 vacation days, 4 days per week and you will receive 4 vacation days, etc. Once the allotted days have been used, payment is required for any additional absences.

A 3-day per week minimum schedule is required.
Online Registration Process
Tuesday, April 9 @ 8 a.m. Online registration opens for ALL. Registrations must include a $50 registration fee. This fee is nonrefundable in the event of a participant-initiated cancellation. If the program is full, the fee is not charged.
Space is limited: beginning April 10 we will review and process registrations from families currently enrolled in school year Club Care, Full Day Preschool, and their siblings in the order in which they are received.
If space allows: we will review and process all other registrations based on each site’s capacity. Registrations that are not able to be processed will be put on a pending list. All will be notified of request status by May 1.
