Jonathan Elementary • La Academia • Victoria Elementary Bluff Creek, Carver, Chanhassen, Jonathan AM only $14/day PM only $17/day AM & PM $28/day
Club Care is a school age care program offered before and after school through Community Education. Club Care curriculum is developed based on the needs and interests of students and with the philosophy that learning is a year-round process. During the school year, activities and events are planned to include academic enrichment, social skill development, and recreation.
Ages
Club Care is open to children in kindergarten through 5th grade.
Program Dates
Tuesday, September 5 - Tuesday, June 4 6:30 a.m.-beginning of school day & end of school day - 6:00 p.m.
Meals
An afternoon snack is offered daily. Students have the option to purchase school breakfast via their lunch account before the school day begins.
Optional Days
Club Care is open on many of the non-school days for families registered in the school year program. Registration is separate and takes place as the optional dates approach. Club Care families will receive more information at a later date.
Vacation Time
Vacation days are allotted based on the number of days per week you are registered. If you are registered 5 days per week, you will receive 5 vacation days, 4 days per week and you will receive 4 vacation days, etc. Once the allotted days have been used, payment is required for any additional absences.
La Academia, Victoria AM only $15/day PM only $16/day AM & PM $28/day
Clover Ridge AM only $10/day - attend care at La Academia and bus to school PM only $17/day
A 3-day per week minimum schedule is required.
Online Registration Process
Tuesday, April 4 @ 8 a.m. Online registration opens for ALL Registrations must include a $50 non-refundable registration fee. Space is limited--registrations will be processed in the following order: Currently enrolled families: beginning April 6 through April 14 we will review and process registrations from families currently enrolled in school year Club Care, Full Day Preschool, and their siblings in the order in which they are received.
If space allows: beginning April 18 we will review and process all other registrations in the order in which they were received based on each site’s capacity. Registrations that are not able to be processed will be put on a pending list.
All will be notified of request status by May 1.
