The first presentation discussed the therapeutic potential of anesthesia-induced dreams, while the second examined methadone treatment in post-operative pain management for adolescent scoliosis patients.

This newly formed chapter, established at the end of September, aims to strengthen the representation of Black men in medicine and is the second chapter of its kind nationwide. Dr. Ivey, who is a graduate of Charles R.
