Our continuum of care provides a comprehensive network of urgent care facilities, rehabilitation and imaging centers, home health, nursing homes and hospice. Some FHMG physicians serve as medical directors and collaborate on patient education and disease management initiatives for MinuteClinic, the walk-in medical clinics inside select CVS pharmacy stores in Central Florida.
