Welcome to the CDP Brangus, Fall of 2023, Production Sale at our brand new sale facility located at Draggin’ M Ranch in beautiful El Dorado, Arkansas. The offering that we have for you on the Registered female side is wholly comprised of cattle from the CDP Brangus Partners and we are confident that you will be impressed by the overall depth of consistency and quality throughout. The BEEF bulls we’re selling are primarily offered by CDP Partners along with some of our valued customers and friends, and the commercial females selling are from a combination of CDP partners and trusted customers and we know that you will be impressed by the quality represented there.
Here at CDP Brangus we believe that one of the greatest metrics of success is for our customers to be able to purchase cattle in our sales, take them home and use them to move their programs forward. As a collective, the CDP Partners are confident in their vision of breeding for, selecting, and producing cattle that will improve the Brangus Breed. Our genetics have proven time and again how consistent they are when compared to other cattle across the industry. We make data-driven decisions when selecting breeding pieces and we know that our cattle will perform above and beyond the others and will improve performance within your herds.
We have packed this sale full of great cattle that will move both the Brangus Breed, and the Cattle industry as a whole, forward. Each year we strive to improve upon the previous year and the BEEF bull offering features an incredibly deep set of curve benders that can go anywhere in the world and thrive and we believe they are as strong of an offering that you will find this sale season.
On the Registered female side of the sale you will find an incredible sampling from each of the CDP partners and you will quickly find that they all dug deep and brought the females that nobody wanted to sell but understood the need to show what we at CDP can do as a group to change the Brangus Breed for the better. All the way from the highly proven donors down to the freshest genetics of our open heifers, we are offering cattle from the heart of the CDP Programs and the commercial females selling on Thursday will follow suit, as they represent some of the most progressive breeders in the commercial industry and the quality there is impressive.
The CDP Partners are excited to welcome you all to our new sale location in El Dorado which has been home to John Milam and Draggin’ M Ranch for many years and we hope you enjoy your time in South Arkansas. You will find detailed maps, driving directions and hotel information on the following pages. But please don’t hesitate to reach out to any of the CDP Partners with questions. We look forward to welcoming everyone to our CDP Brangus Annual Fall Production Sale.

Cattle will be available for load out immediately after the sale and proper settlement has been made on purchases. If you wish to load out at a later date please note that when you check-out. Arrangements can then be made to have your cattle ready when you arrive.
You can save shipping and handling charges by picking up semen that you will need for your breeding season, at the CDP Brangus sale. Representatives from CDP Brangus will be available to assist you with ordering. We would ask that you keep your orders to increments of 5’s and 10’s so that we can avoid excessive handling of semen. Please contact Craig Green at 870-834-1976 to place your order prior to the sale to assure we have enough semen on hand and available sale day.
The cattle will sell in sale order. We will have a printed sale order prior to the sale, in the office area. Please note that cattle will not be going through a ring and will be presented on video only.
Any animals that are confirmed as carriers of a genetic condition such as DD, developmental duplication, will be listed above their pedigrees as DDC. Any animals we are still waiting test results on will be listed as DDPC. All other animals have been either confirmed free of known genetic conditions by test results or from pedigree analysis.
We are extremely dedicated to providing our customers the genetics needed to help positively impact their bottom line. We will not compromise the integrity of our data. Our utmost goal is to provide the information that will successfully identify the genetics most needed in your particular operation. The information provided by the IBBA was provided at weaning and yearling by the breeder for computation. We believe in EPD’s, but fully realize that they are only as good as the information provided to the association. Inaccurate weights and faulty contemporary groups lead to poor information and bad selection decisions.
Please realize that these cattle were in different contemporary groupings at weaning; therefore, it is not fair to compare birth weaning and yearling weights from one herd to another. A wide range of environments are represented in this offering and thus have affected those weights, plus different management comes into play, i.e. creep fed vs. not creep fed. Within herd weights and ratios were good when that was the only information we had. However, EPD’s are a much better indicator of genetic potential and are the only way across herd comparisons can be made. Also, we have listed the current non-parent Brangus breed average EPD’s in the catalog for your reference and comparison on how individual lots compare to the average of the breed in any trait.
CDP Brangus will work with customers on delivery of cattle in an effort to have the cattle delivered to customers as soon as possible after the sale. However, if you are not ready for the cattle at this time we will maintain the cattle at the ranch for a period of time until you are ready for them. A nominal fee of $3.50 per day will be charged plus any veterinary charges incurred will be billed. Cattle will be maintained on a growing ration in grass traps. Cattle become the buyer’s responsibility immediately after the sale. CDP Brangus is not responsible for insurance costs or death.
At the conclusion of the sale or as soon as possible following the sale if purchases are made via video or sight unseen agreement; please notify the sale staff as to specific instructions about cattle delivery. If you request our assistance the CDP Brangus staff will make every effort to help coordinate the most reliable and economical trucking available. Trucking expense will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If you prefer to make your own arrangements trucking representatives will be available sale day to discuss your needs or we can place you in contact with reliable truckers.
Please note that animals you purchase become your responsibility at time of purchase. CDP Brangus nor any of the breeders involved in this sale take responsibility for animals that may be injured in transport. Insurance is available for those who would desire that coverage.
If you are unable to attend the sale and want to purchase cattle sight unseen, please call any of the below listed sale personnel to assist you in making your selections. Give us a call prior to the sale to describe the type of female(s) or bull(s) you want and let us know your price range(s). You pay only the bid price, just as if you were bidding in person. We will call you after the sale to confirm your purchase(s) and confirm your method of payment. Your purchase will be delivered to a central delivery point when your payment is received. You decide whether you like the animal(s) upon delivery. If you don’t like them, you don’t own them. It’s that simple. All sight unseen purchases made through CDP Brangus personnel come with a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE or we will refund your money.
At the conclusion of the sale or as soon as possible following the sale if purchases are made via video or sight unseen agreement; please contact Craig or Grady to arrange for payment and trucking. CDP Brangus will make every effort to help coordinate the most reliable and economical trucking available. Trucking expense will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If you prefer to make your own arrangements that can be done as well.

We ranch in West Alabama and Brangus cattle excel in our environment. We have been very pleased with the CDP program from genetics to the finest customer service. We retained ownership this past year in our entire calf crop, at weaning we sent our calves to Hurla Grow yard near Paxico, Kansas for roughly 80 days then to Garden City, Kansas to Finney County feed yard to finish. Our CDP sired calves hit the marks with extremely good conversions and gain. They stayed alive, graded and yielded beyond our expectations. We believe when you find a Registered program to work with that works and strives for excellence as the CDP program does it makes our life much easier.
My son Zachry and I have been working with Craig for the last 7 or 8 years. The last 3 with CDP has been easy. I have had Craig purchase commercial females and bulls for us on their {sight unseen} program several times with great success. We had a bull go down on us this spring I called Craig and within 2 days he had another bull to us, Zachry says it may be the best bull to date we have purchased. The CDP genetics are hearty, they grow well handle the Missouri cold weather as good as the heat of summer and excel in our crossbreeding program. Dispositions are super good along with fertility and longevity, For Brangus and Ultra-Black genetics CDP is our go to program.

Everyone knows the value of a Brangus cow. The Brangus Value Project tests the value of Brangus steers.
Ninety research steers sired by five widely-used Brangus and Ultrablack sires were fed and harvested in southwest Kansas in the winter/spring of 2022.
Performance was compared against a southwest KS benchmark of same-weight steers placed on feed at the same time.
The steers were sold on a carcass merit grid.
The results didn’t surprise us because we look at Brangus data every day. But, some people may not realize what modern Brangus and Ultrablack cattle can do beyond the ranch gate.
There’s No Payday Without Payweight!
Steers finished at 1449lbs and yielded well to produce average carcass weight of 936lbs.
When sold on a carcass merit grid, they netted $64/head premium over the prevailing live price.
On 700lbs of feedlot gain, they gained 3.94lbs/day compared to southwest KS benchmark steers at 3.16. They converted feed 1/2lb per pound of gain better than the benchmark, netting $52/head in feed savings.
91% graded Choice or Prime, with over 50% grading Premium Choice or better. When tested for tenderness at a university lab, 95% tested Very Tender or Tender, with the vast majority Very Tender.

The Brangus Value Project is a highly structured birth-to-beef progeny test managed by IBBA and funded by breeders like us who invest through the International Brangus Breeders Foundation.
Randomizied mating of commercial cows and whole-life structured contemporary grouping results in very high quality data that flows into the genetic evaluation of Brangus.
Please make note that many of the animals were in different contemporary groupings at weaning; therefore, it is not fair to compare birth, weaning and yearling weights from one herd to another.
Expected Progeny Difference (EPDs) is the best estimate of an animal’s genetic merit for a particular trait. It takes into account the animals’ own performance compared with its contemporaries and the performance of its relatives compared against their contemporaries.
Birth Weight (BW) EPD predicts calf size and calving ease.
Weaning Weight (WW) EPD predicts preweaning growth potential.
Yearling Weight (YW) EPD predicts overall growth potential. Milk EPD predicts the maternal contribution to weaning weight of the calf through milk production, behavior, immunity and other maternal environmental factors.
Total Maternal (TM) also, called M&G EPD predicts weaning weight of calves from a bull’s daughters.
Scrotal Circumference (SC) EPD predicts not only testicular size of male progeny but also daughters onset of puberty.
Terminal Index (TERM) combines birth weight, weaning weight, milk production, post wean gain, ribeye area, marbling, and back fat EPDs into a single number. The index is expressed as s standard deviation from the breed average, meaning that
bulls with a +2 index are two standard deviations above the average. Higher numbers are superior to low numbers.

Here at CDP Brangus we are always ready to adapt and adjust to the times in terms of growing and feeding our bulls, ultimately with our customers best interests in mind, which in turn, benefits us as seedstock producers. Longevity, soundness, and fertility are all factors that we feel must be taken into account when developing our bulls so that you, as our consumer, get an end product that can be turned out into your cowherd and have the ability to service your cows and come out of the breeding season having maintained his body condition score. This will, in turn, allow him to recover and be ready to be turned out again in the next season with very little additional supplementation, year after year. We have tried an assortment of feeding programs throughout our journey and have landed on, what we and many others feel, is the answer to all of our bull development needs.
Keith Cagle at Rose Bud Feeders brings 25+ years of bull development experience to the table and has tweaked and adjusted his ration with assistance from the Caldwell family through the years until they have totally perfected the bull feeding game. The fallout rate of the CDP bulls since we started feeding with Keith has been the least in our history of growing and selling bulls and we’re confident that you will continue to experience the same trend when you get your new CDP bull’s home.
The ration that these bulls are developed on is a grass silagebased feed with commodities added to balance the ration for protein, fat, and TDN with the goal set to have the bulls gaining an average in the 3-3.5 pounds per day range across the feeding stage until they become yearlings. A mineral pack is also added to every mix to ensure that their vitamin and mineral intake is consistent and meets their development needs.
The post-weaned bull calves, already having received their vaccinations before arriving at the Rose Bud Bull Test Center, will immediately begin their transition onto the silage diet for a 30-day warm up period before being weighed onto gain test. After they are fully transitioned onto the silage ration, they are weighed and evaluated as they begin their 90 day gain test where they will remain in their contemporary groups until its completion.
At the conclusion of the 90 day test, the bulls are weighed, scrotal circumference measured along with Donnie Robertson taking carcass ultrasound measurements. Once the collected raw data is all turned in to the Brangus Association, adjusted weights and measurements are used to further evaluate each and every bull for quality, structural soundness, and disposition, making sure that every standard and benchmark is met or exceeded. The bulls are sorted and grouped according to type and kind with quality and uniformity in mind and will be monitored from then on for any issues that may arise and will remain in these groups until sale day.
One of the things that we take pride in at CDP Brangus is the ability for our bulls to be handled by any means necessary. Meaning that we want them to experience every possible handling method that they could possibly see before arrival at their new home. These bulls are handled on foot, both alone and as a group, horseback, with dogs, as well as four wheelers and side by sides and they have all passed the test, which will allow you to take comfort knowing that these bulls will handle for you when the time comes to move them.
The work has all been done for you and we’re confident in our process and we think you will enjoy reaping the benefits of that process.

HIGHLY PROVEN THREE D DAUGHTER
MS DMR THREE D 99E4 is one of the most phenotypically pleasing Three D daughters to ever graze the green pastures at Draggin’ M. From tip to tail she is as stout made as any donor that we’ve ever raised and she passes those traits onto her progeny. She is a bold sprung, heavy boned female with a cleaner navel than many of the Three D sired cattle across the breed. Equally as impressive as her physical characteristics is her production history with 78 progeny recorded so far with many more matings coming down the pipeline. We have several donors in the herd sired by Chill Factor, Monument, and Crossfit with many other daughters coming into production that will likely get the call to come forward and be flushed. She has generated in excess of $100,000 in her young life with several sons and daughters in this offering that will likely double those numbers. One of her most noteworthy sons to sell was WAT MONUMENT 99J33 who sold to Ronnie Link for $30,000 last fall. Here’s a chance to advance your program with a highly proven, no miss kind of female that sells in the prime of her life. She has averaged 16 transferable embryos on her last 3 flushes and is ready to go to work for you.

No cow family has done more to advance the quality of the cowherd at Draggin’ M than that of the 415’s. Stemming originally from the immortal MS BRINKS BRIGHT SIDE 415R23 who recorded a whopping 250 progeny in her lifetime, many of which are still in production at Draggin’ M, and continuing to arguably her most productive daughter, MS DMR CORONADO 415A7 who now resides with the partnership of Vanna Farms, Steve Hartness, River Bend Farms and Truitt Brangus Farms and has, so far, recorded 153 progeny with many years of productive life ahead. Of all of the donor females that 415A7 has produced up to now, the most proven one is this lot 2 female, MS DMR THREE D 415E18 donor. So far she has recorded 49 progeny with many more to come from a multitude of matings. Her most productive flush to date was to the powerful Big Lake bull where she produced the $20,000 DMR BIG LEAGUE 415J88 bull that now resides at Cavender Brangus, with the total value of progeny sold from that flush totaling over $80,000 in revenue. Take this opportunity to add one of the true breed legends in the making to your donor herd and sit back and wait for the checks to start rolling in. She has averaged 17.5 transferable embryos on her last three flushes.

We reached back into the tank and found some Jethro semen and decided to flush the highly proven 415A7 donor to him to raise some outcross females. MS DMR JETHRO 415J14 was the result of this mating, and I guarantee that you will hear more about her in the coming years. Our first flush on this tremendous young female we decided to mate her to Big Lake and MS DMR BIG LAKE 415L77 was the result. One of the longest spined females in the sale she is big topped and wide based and we all know the carcass value that Big Lake brings to the table. Outcross genetics, breed leading growth and carcass projections, and impeccable phenotype make her an easy choice.
Few times in this business a donor female will come up for sale that you know you just have to have in your herd and you won’t sleep until you find a way to own her. The 10A10 cow that we purchased from Blackwater was just such a cow and she has not been a disappointment to say the least. Already having proved herself by producing the Monument bull who has seen much use across the breed, she also has several herdsire prospects selling in this offering, but only one daughter. This Empire daughter will be one of the highlights of the sale season and we had to twist Gary and Isaiah’s arm to convince them to let her go.

The Basin Lucy 0060 donor dam will go down in history as one of the greatest Angus cows to ever be enrolled into the Brangus Association for the purpose of producing Ultrablack cattle. She has worked to every single sire that she has been paired with, but we think that MS DMR EMPIRE 60K could possibly be the best female that we have offered for sale out of her. 9.27 ADJUSTED IMF. If you knew nothing else about this stout made, calving ease Windfall son out of one the most proven Resource daughters in the breed, that would be enough to give him a second look. And trust me, when you take a second look, you’ll keep finding things you appreciate about him. Lets start with his donor dam who was our $42,000 choice of the famed Blackwater herd, who is the dam of the Monument bull that has seen heavy use across the breed. She has several front end herd sire prospects selling in this offering as well as one of the stoutest bred heifers in the Registered Female sale. On the top side of his pedigree we find the Windfall bull, now owned by TTT Ranches, that is the best producing Three D son out of the immortal 535A8 donor female and has several sons selling
in this sale that are sure to be crowd favorites. Often when we come across a bull with this high of an IMF scan, they tend to be terminal in their look without much other practical application other than for a carcass bull, but thats not the case here. DMR WINDFALL 10K8 exhibits calving ease rankings, top 20% Milk projections, and plenty of growth and maternal quality to go anywhere in the breed. Let him go to work in your herd and take your program to the next level.

The BASIN LUCY 0060 donor strikes again here with this heavy growth, big time Never Surrender son that ranks in the top 1% of the entire breed for Weaning Weight, Yearling Weight, and Ribeye Area. Thats not an easy feat, but what is even more impressive is that he does all of that while still ranking in the top 10% for Total Maternal and top 5% for IMF. He came into the world with a modest 86 pound birthweight and then smashed the scales at weaning weighing an adjusted 738 pounds even in drought conditions. After going onto gain test he weighed off at yearling with an adjusted YW of 1362 with a 16.41 adjust REA and a 5.89
adjusted IMF. Pretty impressive stats! When you evaluate him from a phenotypic standpoint you can’t help but appreciate his overall ruggedness and dimension. From tip to tail he’s as big ended and massive built as any sire that will sell this fall with a great sheath design and a baby doll disposition to top it all off. In a world where pounds equals money, you can take this Never Surrender son to the bank.
Selling 1/2 semen interest and full possession. Draggin’ M Ranch retains 1/2 semen interest.
If you haven’t figured it out by now, the “60” cow family is one that every breeder in the country should have roaming their pastures. From front to back and top to bottom, there just aren’t many lines of cattle out there that can keep up with them. Take a look at another prime example of the depth and quality of their lineage with this fancy Never Surrender son. With the highest growth projections of any bull in the sale, he still maintains a top 5% ranking for Total Maternal, top 1% ranking for REA and top 1% ranking for IMF. But what good are all of these numbers if you don’t like to look at him everyday? Well rest easy because he’s one of the longest spined, biggest ended, cleanest sheathed Never Surrender sons produced to date and his overall phenotypic package is one that will make the show
guys flock to his side, while the beef production guys fight them for a closer look. From a carcass standpoint he posts an adjusted Ribeye Area of 16.94 with an adjusted IMF score of 7.39 giving further validation to his outstanding carcass EPD profile. We used this powerful young sire as a cleanup bull at Draggin’ M for the Spring season and look forward to having his first calves hit the ground in 2024. From the guys to like to show one to the cowboys that want to grow one, this Never Surrender son checks all of the boxes.

One of the true curve bending herd sire prospects in the offering, PV MASTERPIECE 108K is extremely impressive from every viewpoint. Phenotypically you can’t help but appreciate the overall mass and width that he possesses, standing on a world of bone with an impeccable foot design to top it all off. The Masterpiece sired progeny are making a name for themselves in a big way and the perfect sheath design and 5 Star disposition that this bull brings to the table are just two more pieces of the valuable puzzle that he puts together. On the bottom side of his pedigree we find a highly productive Beacon daughter whose own dam boasts a +17 Milk EPD that Duane says is the real deal and at 12 years of age is still producing highly marketable progeny year after year. Now let’s take a step back and look at the powerful set of Genomic Enhanced EPD’s that he writes. From
his calving ease projections to his top 4% weaning and yearling rankings he is destined to sire calves that come into the world easily and then outperform their contemporaries at weaning and yearling. Looking further we find a top 1% ranking for SC, top 4% ranking for REA, and top 15% ranking for IMF as well as Total Maternal. With projections like that we can be sure that the progeny he sires will be highly marketable in both the seedstock and commercial industries alike. This Masterpiece son will be on the short list of every cattleman that evaluates him. Make sure that he’s on yours too.

From a phenotypic standpoint, SEWELL’S INVESTMENT 331K13 is one of the most impressive herd sire candidates in this offering, but what really makes us appreciate him further is the overall balanced set of Genomically enhanced EPD’s that he brings to the table. Sired by the $40,000 Investment bull, he like his father is moderate in his frame score, wide based and big ended. The Investment bull has done a tremendous job at Sewell’s producing fertile, functional progeny that have been very well accepted in the market place, and just a glance through the female section of this catalog you can’t help but find the Investment’s due to their
overall quality and value. On the bottom side of his pedigree you’ll find a highly fertile first calf heifer, sired by one of the most widely used Angus bull in the Brangus/UB world, Resource. She did her job well, breeding AI on the first service and calving 3 days after her second birthday, then going on to wean one of the heaviest calves in his contemporary group. Take a good hard look at 331K13 and consider making an INVESTMENT into your future.

The 468 cow family has a long production history spanning back through the glory days of the Brinks herd at Camp Cooley and beyond. Some of the most influential donor females in the breed carry the famed 468 lineage including MISS BRINKS CADENCE 468G15 who produced 137 total progeny in her prolific life. Down the line from her we find one of the cornerstone females at Draggin M, the 468X6 donor that now resides at Tajo Ranch, and one of her most impressive daughters is MS DMR FINAL ANSWER 468D19, one of the premiere Final Answer 0035 UB1 females in the breed. Bred to Never Surrender, she produced this moderate framed, powerful herd sire prospect that ranks in the top 1% of the breed for weaning and yearling weight as well as ribeye
area. From end to end we really have to appreciate the width and dimension that he carries with an abundance of bone and perfect foot design. In a world where quality brings a premium and mediocrity earns only a discount, his 6.10 adjusted IMF score and top 20% IMF EPD ranking will help to keep your program in the black for years to come. The guys at Draggin’ M used this herd sire prospect to clean up a set of first calf Registered heifers this spring and now he’s ready to go to work for you.

Few cows in the Brangus breed can rival the herdsire producing ability of MS DMR CORONADO 535A8. Bred to a wide variety of sires, she is responsible for making both UB’s as well as multigeneration Brangus sires that have positively impacted the Brangus world. Cash Flow, Kingdom and Windfall are her three oldest herd sires produced, and every single one of them has sired a highlight bull in this offering. Pretty impressive for any cow, but after these sons, she went on to produce the $110,000 Top Gun bull whose first calves are OUTSTANDING, as well as the $30,000 Relentless bull that is a flush mate brother to 535K13. The top side of his pedigree needs no introduction as Never Surrender has continued to sire front end progeny everywhere
he’s been tested. From a phenotypic standpoint we really have to admire the overall thickness and power that DMR NEVER SURRENDER 535K13 possesses but in a soft made, free moving package and from the ground up he’s sound structured and correct. We at Draggin’ M thought enough of this great young bull to bring him home this spring to clean up a set of our registered females and he did his job well and came back in great shape. The work is all done for you here with this highly proven pedigree.

Sired by the No Doubt bull who is a full brother to the highly popular Empower bull, this big topped, stout made individual will have a lot of admirers on sale week. His donor dam is one of the neatest uddered most consistent producing Chill Factor daughters not only at Draggin’ M, but across the breed, proven by the number of sons and daughters that are in this offering alone. His overall balanced set of Genomic Enhanced EPD’s are confirmed by his moderate 70 pound birthweight, leading to an adjusted yearling weight of 1209 pounds and a 13.96 square
inch Ribeye area. The first calf crop from the No Doubt bull are making their debut in a big way in this offering, maintaining the stoutness and power that we’ve seen with the Empower genetics but in a more moderate, user friendly package, and we have No Doubt that you will like this one.
Selling 1/2 semen interest and full possession. Draggin’ M Ranch retains 1/2 semen interest.
One of the true power bulls in this offering, DMR CASH FLOW 30K23 is impressive from every angle with an abundance of muscle and bone to go along with his perfect sheath design and 5 Star disposition. Sired by the now deceased Cash Flow bull who has made an enormous footprint across the breed for siring fertile, functional sons and daughters that have topped sales from coast to coast, he is destined to surpass his sire. On the bottom side of his pedigree is the 30G44 donor female who is the flush mate sister to the Dynamic bull and goes back to the highly proven 30X6 female who now resides at Villa Ranch,
and he also has a flush mate sister that will help to highlight the female offering selling as lot 34. If you’re looking for a herd sire to take your program to the next level, add pounds and phenotype to your calf crop, and leave behind a set of replacement heifers and sons that will rival any herd in the breed, this one deserves a look.
Selling 1/2 semen interest and full possession. Draggin’ M Ranch retains 1/2 semen interest.
The second of two flush mate brothers selling out of the No Doubt bull and MS DMR CHILL FACTOR 30F3 as herd sire prospects, EB NO DOUBT 30K41 is as impressive of a yearling bull as you are likely to find anywhere in the country. Big ended and stout made, his overall volume and capacity coupled with his abundance of bone and foot size make him truly special. The 30 cow family that he comes from traces back to the $60,000 “30X6” female who has and continues to leave her mark on the Brangus breed as a donor that consistently produces functional, eye catching progeny that will grow and perform. His donor dam is
fast proving her value by placing two herd sire prospects in this outstanding yearling offering with many more progeny to come in the future. Top 25% rankings for WW and YW, top 10% for REA, and top 20% for IMF to go with a top 15% Heifer Pregnancy projection place this No Doubt son in rare company and we think he deserves a look on sale day.
Selling 1/2 semen interest and full possession. Elias Brangus retains 1/2 semen interest.
The Kingdom bull will go down in history as one of the great calving ease sires in the breed, siring sons and daughters that carry the genetics to moderate birthweight and frame score, two of the economic traits most sought after by registered and commercial cattlemen alike. But, DMR Kingdom 99K30 is proof that he can also add style and class to a calf crop, bringing us one of the smoothest made, deepest sided calving ease Brangus bulls in the offering. His donor dam, selling as lot 1 in this offering is undoubtedly one of the best producing Three D daughters
around and she has quite a few sons and daughters selling this week that are sure to garner plenty of attention. If you’re in the market for a calving ease Brangus bull, this Kingdom son is one of the best that will sell this Fall, and his quality and consistency is verified by his flush mate brothers who are also selling.
Selling 1/2 semen interest and full possession. Draggin’ M Ranch retains 1/2 semen interest.
The No Doubt bull is a moderate framed, big middled, heavy boned brother to the Empower bull, out of the famed T3 MS THREE D 30D donor that has generated as much or more revenue than any Brangus cow in the T3 and Quail Valley herds. Calving ease Genomics are the first thing that catches our eye when we evaluate DMR NO DOUBT 415K117 on paper, but then we get even more excited when we see the growth and REA numbers that he posts. But with all of the genomics and weights and measures aside, here is one of the most phenotypically complete bulls that we have seen in awhile. Moderate framed and deep
sided, he has a ton of rib shape and muscle with a perfect sheath and gentle, easy disposition. His donor dam is one that immediately catches your eye when you go in the pasture with her and she has many more progeny coming in the near future that will be highly sought after. One of the true calving ease Brangus herd sire’s that will sell this fall, we have No Doubt that this one will have a lot of friends on sale day.
Selling 1/2 semen interest and full possession. Draggin’ M Ranch retains 1/2 semen interest.
Rising to the top of a powerful set of flush mate brothers, TTT CASH FLOW 415K126 is a herd sire prospect with a big future ahead of him. Moderate in his kind with as much width and dimension as any bull in the sale, his perfect sheath design and 5 Star disposition along with his breed leading growth projections will make him a valuable commodity on sale day and beyond. When you take a look at his illustrious pedigree you find many of the great cows that have helped build the Brangus breed such as: 415R23, 415A7, 415E133 on the bottom side and 535A8 on the top side that has produced as many or more herd sires and donor dams than any female in recent history. The dam of this
herd sire prospect is the now deceased 415E133 female who was purchased by TTT Ranches for $51,000 as an open heifer and has gone on to produce the $70,000 TTT GKB PALO GRANDE 415J50 as well as the $30,000 DMR EXPRESS 415J34 bulls in just one flush. Moderate birthweight, big time growth, top 15% maternal traits, and a top 5% REA ranking to go along with his proven pedigree and striking phenotype. Buy this bull.
Selling 1/2 semen interest and full possession. TTT Ranches retains 1/2 semen interest.
The Never Surrender bull has cemented himself in the Brangus breed as a proven producer of sires and dams that are deep sided, heavy boned, phenotypically pleasing, and they have topped sales all over the country, and WAT NEVER SURRENDER 535K71 may be his best son to date. Never Surrender sons are deep sided, but this one is deeper. They are big middled and heavy boned, but this one is better. He came into the world with a modest birthweight of 72 pounds and then absolutely crushed the scales at weaning with an adjusted weaning weight of 801 pounds, and then continued to grow until yearling where he
had an adjusted yearling weight of 1268 with a 14.66 square inch ribeye area. Pretty impressive, but when you look into his pedigree his quality is no surprise when you find the 535F2 donor who is the best producing daughter that we’ve seen out of 535A8. If you’re in the market for a herd sire that will put pounds and stoutness in your calf crop and is destined to sire both sons and daughters that will be highly marketable, This Bull’s For You.
Selling 1/2 semen interest and full possession. Johnston Brangus retains 1/2 semen interest.
The Riverbend Rita Z1373 donor female is, in our opinion, the best producing Consensus 7229 daughter that has ever entered the Brangus portal as a producer of Ultrablack cattle. In this offering alone she has sons and daughters that would advance even the most progressive Brangus herds in the country but none of them are better than WAT NEVER SURRENDER 1373K57. From the Genomics that he posts to the actual phenotypic data, he’s as impressive as any UB1 in the sale. From his 79 pound birthweight he exploded to weigh an adjusted 828 pounds at
weaning and then 1234 at yearling, with a 14.57 REA and a 4.72 IMF. His sire is once again the Never Surrender bull, but this one is unique in his quality and pedigree and he also has a flush mate sister that will help highlight the Registered Female offering on Wednesday night in lot 73. Tie your program into this impressive Herd Sire prospect and add some 1373 to your program.
Selling 1/2 semen interest and full possession. Johnston Brangus retains 1/2 semen interest.

WITHDRAWAL PERIODS AND RESIDUE WARNINGS:
Cattle must not be slaughtered for human consumption within 15 days following last treatment with this drug product. Not for use in female dairy cattle 20 months of age or older, including dry dairy cows; use in these cattle may cause drug residues in milk and/or in calves born to these cows or heifers. Not for use in beef calves less than 2 months of age, dairy calves, and veal calves. A withdrawal period has not been established for this product in pre-ruminating calves.
User Safety Warnings:
Not for human use. Keep out of reach of children. If accidental eye contact occurs, flush eyes immediately with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. If wearing contact lenses, flush eyes immediately with water before removing lenses then continue rinsing for at least 15 minutes. Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling the product. Animal Safety Warnings and Precautions:
Use of levamisole in cattle treated in the last few days with cholinesterase inhibitors such as organophosphates or with morantel may enhance the toxic effects of levamisole. Use together with caution.
Destruction of Hypoderma larvae (cattle grubs) at the period when these grubs are in vital areas may cause undesirable host-parasite reactions including the possibility of fatalities. Killing H. lineatum when it is in the tissue surrounding the gullet may cause bloat; killing H. bovis when it is in the vertebral canal may cause staggering or paralysis. These reactions are not specific to treatment with VALCOR™ and can occur with any successful treatment of grubs. Cattle should be treated either before or after these stages of grub development. Consult your veterinarian concerning the proper time for treatment. Follow recommended dosage carefully. Reproductive safety has not been evaluated in bulls intended for breeding.
ADVERSE REACTIONS:
This product is likely to cause swelling at the injection site. Tissue damage at the injection site may also occur, including possible granulomas and necrosis. These reactions have resolved without treatment. Local tissue reaction may result in trim loss of edible tissue at slaughter. A single death attributed to clostridial infection associated with the injection of VALCOR™ was reported in a nonpivotal effectiveness study. Observe cattle for injection site reactions. If injection site reactions are suspected, consult your veterinarian. This product is not for intravenous or intramuscular use. Hypersalivation may be observed; however, this reaction will disappear within a few hours. If this condition persists, a veterinarian should be consulted.
Contact Information:
Contact Zoetis Inc. at 1-888-963-8471 or www.zoetis.com. To report suspected adverse drug experiences, contact Zoetis Inc. at 1-888-963-8471. For additional information about reporting adverse drug experiences for animal drugs, contact FDA at 1-888-FDA-VETS or http://www.fda.gov/reportanimalae.
TARGET ANIMAL SAFETY:
Margin of Safety: Subcutaneous administration of VALCOR™ was well tolerated in calves as young as 3 months of age at 1, 2, or 3 times the recommended dose. Dose-dependent post-dose hypersalivation was seen in all treated groups compared to the controls. All cases of hypersalivation were mild, transient, and resolved without further medical intervention. Dose-related injection site reactions were observed, and those in the 1X group resolved between 21 and 28 days post injection. Injection site reactions were primarily swelling which resolved between 21 and 28 days post injection. Findings from the injection sites included swelling, edema, inflammation, muscle necrosis and fibrosis.
Female Reproductive Safety: The reproductive safety of VALCOR™ was established in two studies with female cattle. First, a single dose of VALCOR™ was administered subcutaneously at 3 times the recommended dose at times coinciding with folliculogenesis, implantation, or organogenesis, and had no effects on conception, calving, abortion, and stillbirth rates, and post-natal viability up to 30±2 days post-calving. There were no congenital abnormalities. The only test article-related change was an increase in incidence and duration of swelling at injection sites compared with control, but all swellings eventually resolved.
In a second study, a single dose of VALCOR™ administered subcutaneously at 3 times the recommended dose at either early or late gestation had no effects on calving, abortion, and stillbirth rates, and post-natal viability up to 30±2 days post-calving. One control calf and two treated calves were born with congenital abnormalities and did not survive. These were not determined to be test article-related. The only test article-related change was an increase in incidence and duration of swelling at injection sites, but all swellings eventually resolved. Not for use in bulls intended for breeding over 1 year of age, as reproductive safety has not been evaluated.
HOW SUPPLIED:
VALCOR™ is available in 100 mL, 250 mL and 500 mL multi-dose, rubber-capped glass vials.
