"Deliberative Diets - Scenarios for a Sustainable Food System" is the title of a CDE research project. During her PhD studies, Léa Lamotte stimulated students in Ecuador on how they can collectively start to implement different ways of thinking about food. One of the results is this fanzine. It shows that research can also be conducted with an innovative and creative approach, and it's also an example of co-creation of knowledge. This fanzine was realized in collaboration with the project SUSTENTO from the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO) Ecuador and the students from the bilingual intercultural educational unit Jatari Unancha, Quito, November 2023
