Inspires youths to realise their aspirations through motivational and interest-based workshops, career guidance and work experience opportunities ■ Project Aspirar ■ Youth Empowerment & Aspiration Programme (YEAP)

Holiday Programmes Offers a wide variety of programmes ranging from arts and crafts, cultural visits, sports and outdoor activities during the school holidays A-Level Consultation Programme Provides affordable consultation to JC1 and JC2 students who need assistance and coaching Reading Programmes Promotes the love of reading and cultivate good reading habits in young children ■ Community Chinese Reading Project ■ kidsREAD Parent Education Programme Equips parents with parenting skills for the holistic development of their school-going children

ASSISTANCE SCHEMES Programme Fee Subsidy Provides up to 100% subsidy for needy students taking part in CDAC education programmes CDAC-SFCCA Bursary ■ Supports needy students in their educational expenses to lighten their families’ financial burden ■ Application opens between July and August every year YEAP GRANT Offers financial support to defray educational expenses of needy and eligible students nominated by post-secondary education institutions NEU PC Plus Programme Appointed by IMDA as a lead agency, CDAC helps needy families with school-going children to own a brand new computer (with free software and 3-year broadband subscription) at subsidised rate
