Juliette Pryor serves as the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Cox Enterprises, Inc. Before joining Cox, Juliette served as executive vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer for US Foods. Prior to that, she was in private practice with the law firm Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom. Before joining Skadden, Juliette was general counsel and corporate secretary for e.spire Communications, Inc. Earlier in her career, she served as legal advisor to the vice chairman of the U.S. International Trade Commission and as in-house counsel for IBM Corporation. Juliette is a member of the Chicago Network and served on Governor Patrick J. Quinn’s Women’s Advisory Council. Laurie N. Robinson Haden is senior vice president and assistant general counsel of CBS Corporation, where she practices litigation and reports directly to the company’s head of litigation. She is the founder and CEO of Corporate Counsel Women of Color, which she created in 2004 to advance women of color attorneys and to foster diversity in the legal profession. Laurie has been recognized by the Network Journal as one of the “25 Most Powerful Black Women in Business” and by Savoy Magazine as one of the country’s Most Influential Black Lawyers. In 2012, Laurie completed her certificate in entertainment media management from New York University and joined the board of the NAACP LDF in 2013. Laurie also completed her certificates in mediation from JAMS and Cornell School Industrial Labor Relations. She received her Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina Central University (magna cum laude) and her Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington.

Managing Director Enterprise Risk Services Deloitte
Tania Webb is a managing director in the Enterprise Risk Services practice at Deloitte. She has over 20 years of experience in business process analysis, financial management, and system operations and maintenance. Tania specializes in the design and implementation of business process controls, data integrity, privacy, and security for integrated business applications. She has designed and developed business process controls and security for a variety of integrated business and clinical application systems, including manual process controls to support the systems. She is Deloitte Advisory’s lead engagement partner for Kaiser Permanente. Tania currently serves as the partner sponsor and champion for Deloitte’s National Black Employee Network PMO. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from California State University at Fullerton and received her MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, Tamika has spent considerable time investigating executive conduct, vendor relationships, and similar issues. Michele L. Cross
Principal Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP
Michele L. Cross is a principal in the Forensics practice at Deloitte. She has more than 18 years of experience spanning business, financial management, internal controls assessment, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance and investigations. While at Deloitte, she has participated in numerous engagements, assisting clients in evaluating FCPA compliance programs, conducting FCPA and fraud-related investigations, assessing internal controls, and remediating internal control deficiencies. Previously, Michele held strategy and financial positions at Lockheed Martin Corporation. While at Lockheed Martin, she worked on a variety of business and financial strategy projects, including performing market and competitive analyses, supporting the development and implementation of international business strategies, developing business plans, and analyzing financing alternatives. In addition, Michele held program finance and financial planning and analysis positions. Michele received Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Georgetown University as well as an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park.
