Cheshire College – South & West offers a diverse range of courses to benefit you or your workforce. These courses are delivered through four teaching methods:
Distance Learning
This is usually delivered online; you are not required to be present at the College physically for the course.
Workplace
All the training will be delivered by our expert team to you in your workplace.
Classroom
Individuals would have to be physically present on Campus to attend classes.
Blended
Combines both online learning and traditional classroom methods.
Learn with us and you will benefit from our cutting-edge facilities and equipment, dedicated lecturers and tailored support.
Additionally, you may be eligible for FREE courses depending on your circumstances or current earnings.
Funding for courses
We offer a range of funding options to help you begin your journey at Cheshire College, so you can improve your skills and knowledge without worrying about the cost. If you’re not sure where to start, we’re always here to answer any questions. You can get in touch by emailing employers@ccsw.ac.uk to check if you qualify for a free or partially funded course.
We have a number of free courses available, with a focus on adults who are currently employed and looking to upskill or switch careers. These courses are tailored to meet the specific needs of local businesses, ensuring that students acquire relevant skills which are in high demand by employers.
Free Courses for Jobs is a government initiative which allows people over 19 to access a Level 3 qualification for free. The below courses are eligible and can be studied for free if you earn below £25,000 or are unemployed:
