01 Women of Color in the This training discusses Workplace the concrete ceiling that women of color in the workplace are still encountering. Some key terms highlighted are, the unconscious bias that individuals have within the workplace and how it effects women, and ultimately women of color. The pet to threat phenomenon that women of color experience and inequities they face as Asian, Black, and Latina women.

02 Women ' s Center Resource ' s This training discusses the multitude of resources the Women ' s Center offers on campus. This training serves the purpose of educating on what the Women ' s Center does through their support groups, advocacy, events and programming to develop the campus culture, female identified students and proactively educate faculty and staff.

03 What is Sexism? This training was created to educate on sexism and how it can be conveyed within the classroom, workplace, or culture. In this training we determine the different types of sexism as well as how they are interconnected. This training also allows for interactive discussion in order to challenge our own sexist biases and discover ways to combat the sexism we might perpetuate and experience.
