Freight and Minimum Order Policy

 Free freight on all orders over $500 shipped within the US

 Expedited shipping will be prepaid and added to invoice

 No minimum order other than standard package quantities

Same day complete shipping on all orders received Monday Friday before 3 p.m. EST (unless otherwise noted) Non-stock products may not ship same-day

Payment Terms

 Net 30 days from date of invoice with approved credit paid in U.S. dollars. Virginia Abrasives reserves the right, in addition to any other available remedy, to impose a late payment charge of 1-1/2% per month on any past-due unpaid balance

Blade & Bit Warranty

Virginia Abrasives, in its sole discretion, may elect to repair or replace any of the products specified below that are found to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection, FREE OF CHARGE.

Virginia Abrasives’ Laser Weld/Bit Warranty:

 If the laser weld or diffusion bond between the segment and the core or barrel fails during the normal useful life of the blade or bit, the blade or bit will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE

VirginiaAbrasives’BrazedBlade/BitWarranty:

 If the brazed bond between the core or barrel fails within the first .050" of segment wear, the blade or bit will be repaired or replaced FREE OF CHARGE

VirginiaAbrasives’ContinuousRimBladeWarranty:

 If the bond between the diamond rim and core fails during the normal useful life of the blade, the blade will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE

These warranties do not apply if the blade or bit has been altered, abused, misused, misapplied, or improperly maintained. Furthermore, normal wear and tear is not covered by these Warranties.

Virginia Abrasives’ sole obligation under these warranties is expressly limited to the replacement or repair at Virginia Abrasives, or at a service facility designated by us, of such part or parts of the products specified herein as inspection shall disclose to have been defective in material or workmanship.

 Return of products without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. All returns require a return authorization number

 Returns for other than defective product by Virginia Abrasives will be considered under the following conditions:

• Item must have been a standard stock item at the time of original invoice

• Items cannot be more than one year old from the invoice date

• All goods must be in the original package and in a sellable condition

• Returned product is subject to a 25% restocking fee

• Non-stock and custom items are not eligible for return or credit.

Cancellation Policy

 Cancellation of orders for standard stock items will be allowed without charge provided the order has not shipped

 Cancellation of non-stock custom orders will be allowed without charge provided the order has not begun the manufacturing process

 Orders which have been processed will be shipped and invoiced at the full value

Claims Policy

 All claims for shortage or damage must be made in writing to Virginia Abrasives within 45 days of invoice Non-Stock
