I am experienced in endurance running, weight lifting TRX suspension training, indoor and outdoor cycling, HIIT, myofascial release through foam rolling and self-message, and fitness nutrition. I believe that movement is at the core of what it means to be healthy, to feel alive and get the most out of every day. One of my core beliefs is that exercise should be fun.
