8 Sessions : $240

1 Session : $30

1 Couple Session : $50

*All personal training sessions must be used within 1 year of purchase

Jessica Boyd

Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist through American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am experienced in endurance running, weight lifting TRX suspension training, indoor and outdoor cycling, HIIT, myofascial release through foam rolling and self-message, and fitness nutrition. I believe that movement is at the core of what it means to be healthy, to feel alive and get the most out of every day. One of my core beliefs is that exercise should be fun. If we enjoy what we are doing, then we are likely to continue doing it.

Irene Daly

Certified AFFA (American Aerobic Fitness Association) Personal Trainer for twenty years. I enjoy teaching a variety of group fitness courses as well as creating individualized programs. Working with beginners who are new to the gym or just starting out helping them to achieve a new love of fitness are who I enjoy most. I am a certified instructor in cycling, group fitness, body pump, and yoga.

Stephanie Schilling

Our fitness is important and something we should all enjoy. My aim is to create a positive and fun training environment for clients, as well as using the best of my knowledge and experience to help achieve their goals. I am a NASM certified personal trainer, TRX certified instructor and First Aid & CPR certified. I enjoy instructing fitness classes, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

Kristal Wagner

Registered Dietition, Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I have a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Exercise Science. I am a Group Exercise Instructor certified through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, R.I.P.P.E.D. Certified, and a certified Schwinn Indoor Cycling Coach through Schwinn Fitness Academy. I enjoy running, indoor cycling, kickboxing, family activities, and cooking. I am a strong believer in the combination of healthy eating and exercise to achieve the greatest results.

Optimal health and fitness are the key to longevity. For over 30 years, I have helped individuals unlock and achieve their true potential in a safe and supportive environment. As a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS), helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals through lifestyle changes has been my passion. My mission is to use an integrative approach to help clients master the crucial balance between mind and body. As movement being a key component to being fit and happy, I lead people through dance in my Zumba class.

Group Fitness

Campbell County Parks and Recreation offer a variety of group exercise classes to meet the demand of the community. All ages, gender, sizes and shapes are welcome to participate. Fitness classes are included in your membership or with a daily drop-in fee!
