Presented by two passionate individuals, the discussion revolves around the urgent need to equip students with the essential skillset and knowledge to become effective servant leaders who can drive positive social change.

Dr. Jennifer Lynne Raasch, brings a wealth of experience to her role as an Instructional Designer. She has a background growing up on a farm and maintains a love for animals, frequently visiting the zoo. With over a decade in higher education, she specializes in enhancing online teaching and learning, collaborating with faculty, staff, and students to redesign online courses and integrate engaging assignments. Beyond her professional life, Dr. Raasch finds joy in exploring both the beach and the mountains, savoring the arts and culinary delights they offer.

Emily Hall, on the other hand, is an Online Advisor at Columbia College, and she's also an alumna of the institution with a bachelor’s in human services and a master’s in business administration. Additionally, she holds a second master’s degree in management from Colorado Technical University. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending quality moments with her family, including her husband and beloved dog.
