President's message

We have been waiting for it several years now, it is a pleasure and honor for me to present the new edition of the directory of exporters. This edition is marked by its new “catalog” type format, which presents and highlights the main exporting companies and their flagship products. It is divided by export sectors ranging from the food processing industry to the audiovisual sector, including cosmetics, pearl culture, crafts and shipbuilding. While reading, you will be able to discover parts of all the wealth and know-how existing in French Polynesia which have great success on foreign markets.

This directory has been designed with the objective of being a great international and promotional tool for our exporting companies. Thanks to its new format, the people we will meet during the various international operations of our institutions will have direct and concrete information on exportable products and the companies that can supply them. They will also have access to the list of logistics companies and local partners to help them in their researches in Polynesia.

This directory is translated in French as well as in English for a better understanding of a larger audience. It will also be published online in electronic format. Direct links to each company's emails and websites will allow them to be more visible and to create new business relationships. The directory will be updated every two years with new products and exporting companies. The different CCISM networks, Business France (French Agency for export promotion) and Entreprise Europe Network, will also allow its rapid dissemination.

My wish for this new edition of the exporters directory is to create new business bonds between French Polynesian companies and foreign markets, but also that these companies and all the riches and know-how of French Polynesia, to be visible to the largest number of people possible in the world.
