A DOCK MAKEOVER Tomorrow, the IYCA dock will be completely transformed into an elegant and functional space, capable of projecting a new yachting image.


BERTH NO. 1 North of the IYCA dock, berth no. 1 offers an exceptional and unique long-side location, with a 200-meter-long dock and controlled access.


THE BEACH CLUB The Yacht Club’s two upper decks provide guests with a stunning panoramic view over the port and the town.

YACHT CLUB

The Yacht Club heliport allows guests to access their yachts in complete privacy.

The Yacht Club will be a place for yacht owners and captains to unwind and will serve as a privileged meeting place.


A PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR THE CREW The Yacht Club building will also house amenities for the crew, close to their place of work: crew lounge, gym, fitness room and beauty center.

THE VESSEL With large windows, covered in ultra-high-performance white concrete, and directed seaward towards Fort Carré like the figurehead of a stone vessel, the new Yacht Club will be the architectural sign of the IYCA dock’s rebirth, bringing Port Vauban into the Third Millennium.

A HIGH-QUALITY LIGHTING PROJECT At nightfall, the dock will gradually light up, revealing its main facilities and monuments. The dock will be brought to light with an understated and harmonious design, with lighting capable of rivalling the best private marinas.
