Our focus is caring for the physical, spiritual and psychological needs of our patients.
As part of our behavioral health services, we offer screening, brief intervention and referral to treatment (SBIRT) for current adult patients.
We recently saw a patient who was discharged from the hospital after going through detox. We screened him and were able to expedite the process of getting him into a local rehab program.
He was reluctant to enroll in the program but we provided support and encouragement during the admission process.
He’s now enrolled in rehab with motivation and hope that his life will improve as he works to maintain his sobriety.
He and his sister, through their tears, expressed their gratitude. He now has hope for his future.
