Dear Central Catholic Family,
My name is Ben Rios and I am a student in the Class of 2022. Growing up in San Antonio and attending an all-boys grade school until 8th grade, I was unsure if I wanted to attend Central Catholic. It wasn’t until I took a tour that I realized how special Central Catholic was.

I am truly blessed to attend a school where the teachers and staff genuinely love what they do, and they care about my classmates and me. They have always made time for me when I have needed help, and I am grateful for them. I will never forget how patient and understanding they were, and I will never forget how they made me feel. Sports taught me about discipline, commitment, and teamwork. From my coaches, I learned that success begins with preparation—physical conditioning, strength training, earning plays, and practicing them. They taught me that success depends on each player oing his job and that we don’t play for ourselves - we play for our team...our brothers. This is what the Brotherhood means to me. It means being a part of something bigger than myself. It is more than my four years here on campus, it’s the beginning of a lifetime of excellence.
As I begin my senior year, I am not only grateful for my Central brothers on the field and in Section R but

Ben Rios CCHS Class of 2022I am also grateful for the strong Central alumni Brotherhood—our big brothers with strong bonds and loyal hearts. Seeing our alumni and friends around campus, we feel the love and support of The Brotherhood.
Thank you for your generosity in making sure the school and its traditions will continue for generations to come. It makes me proud to be a Button and I can’t wait to share this experience with my son one day.
With a Loyal Heart, Ben
Rios ‘22We rely on the generosity of alumni, parents, and friends to supplement the $1,700.00 difference per student not covered by tuition. Please consider a gift to help the next generation of Central Catholic men.

Planned gifts provide much-needed support for Central Catholic and its future students, often without any immediate financial impact to you.

However, the intent of a planned gift is transformative, as it helps to ensure that the legacy of Central Catholic will continue for generations. There are many options for planned gifts.
