Ahhh……spring season is here and it is one of the most beautiful times of the year. Nature awakens with flowers blooming and trees sprouting fresh, green leaves. Weather is comforting. People enjoy outdoor activities, children play outside and farmers prepare for a new harvest The days are longer, and the air is filled with the sweet songs of birds.
Spring also reminds us to start thinking about spring cleaning. The tradition of thoroughly cleaning the house marks the change of seasons, as open windows and fresh air set the perfect stage for a clean house. So, let's grab our cleaning supplies! Whether you’re enjoying the beauty of spring or smelling the orange scent of citrus cleaner, let’s embrace Spring with joy.

ALOHA!!! March named after the Roman God of war Mars was originally the first month of the Roman calendar. March is known for unpredictable wealth. The Irish celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, March 15th is famously known as the Ides of March, marking the assassination of Julius Caesar in 4A B.C. March babies have 2 birthstones Aquamarine and Bloodstone. Birth flower is the daffodil. Cherry blossoms are also closely associated with March for their seasonal symbolism
March 17 St. St. Patrick's Day La Sa Paleika
March 15 Ides of March Ka la umiku I malina a Malika
I was very blessed on February 6- Seniors Valentines Ball. I walked with the first princess of the Narcissus- Rowan Downs and fortunate to have a group picture with the winners from the Narcissus Pageant
We will be celebrating our 1st quarter birthdays Sharon Tulba, Madeline Lum, and Roland Manuel at Ruby Tuesday Moanalua on March 3rd for lunch
Aloha Kakahiaka- Good morning to all!
