Corporate Giving Fund Give through great and not-so-great financial times by setting aside charitable dollars in your Corporate Giving Fund. Receive your charitable income tax deduction when you contribute to your Giving Fund, then give the dollars away when you are ready. A Corporate Giving Fund at CCF: • Operates based on a standard agreement between you and CCF. • Has no establishment fee and a very low administration cost. • Provides records and analysis of charitable grants made from your fund.
POTENTIAL FUNDING OPTIONS Companies can provide a percentage of profits or a specific amount.
Employees can donate a specific amount or as a payroll deduction.
Vendors can donate a specific amount.
Executive Giving Fund Like a Corporate Giving Fund, an Executive Giving Fund allows you to make a charitable gift when and how you need to, including with your low-basis company stock. Maintain your contribution in a “charitable investment account,” then initiate your grants when the time is right through our online portal, DonorView, or simply call us. We handle the rest. Note: DonorView shows your Fund’s balance, the status of any pending contributions or grants and your contribution and grant history.
Community Connection The CONNECTION was created by Cobb Community Foundation so that those seeking help could more easily find it and those seeking to provide help could more easily give it. Find and map area nonprofits to learn about services provided and the population served. Search volunteer opportunities for your company or department based on the days and times you are available. Donate goods, services and dollars to organizations making an impact.

Employee Assistance Fund An Employee Assistance Fund is a tax-deductible, charitable solution that can provide emergency assistance to employees when they need it most.
HOW THE FUND WORKS
A company makes a tax-deductible contribution to establish an Employee Assistance Fund where employees can apply for emergency financial support.
Education is provided about how the Fund works, how gifts can be made and how employees in need can apply.
CCF and its local partner process and evaluate all employee applications to ensure privacy and equity.
Once applications are approved, employees receive financial assistance through payments to vendors.
Enhanced Corporate Services Beyond providing vehicles to facilitate corporate giving, CCF can also provide the following services: • Assist in the execution of your corporate strategy and the administration of your employee discretionary fund. • Create tailored programs for employee engagement in the company’s charitable giving. • Facilitate partnerships with local nonprofit organizations and coordinate employee volunteer opportunities and other appropriate giving programs. • Serve as your Charitable Giving Back Office, insulating your business from the deluge of requests for contributions while acting as a buffer for on-the-spot solicitations.
Corporate Community Champion Program The program is designed for corporations and local businesses that believe good corporate citizenship involves supporting charitable endeavors that are impacting the community. Corporate Champions make financial commitments at various levels that help to fund community grant-making and also support CCF’s mission. Champions are recognized through various media to ensure that their role in supporting our community is widely known. 4
