MEET THE TEAM HEALTH, INJURY AND WELLNESS
A normal day would be looking forward to and being excited about making a positive impact on someone’s attitude and life in general. The thing I love most about my job is when people I have been working with through the Return to Work program actually return to work, and to see how proud they are about their achievements and excited about their future in returning to the workforce.
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE THAT YOU WILL BE FACING IN THE NEXT 12 MONTHS?
The biggest challenge I face in the coming 12 months is adapting to change with the possibility of taking on new and exciting roles within the company and expanding my current role.
WHO DO YOU LOOK UP TO? WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT THE WINTER SEASON?
My favourite thing about winter is cooking up a beef and vegetable stew to warm me up.
A normal day at work involves working with the Return to Work group; the best thing about my job is seeing the participants return to the work they enjoy.

I look up to and respect my two bosses: ф Crystal – for giving me the support I have needed both in my working life and the challenges
I have faced in my personal life; ф Rebecca – once again for giving me all the support I have needed, and what is really important to me CAMERON CRAIG RETURN TO WORK & WORK FOR THE DOLE SUPERVISOR is not having been micro-managed, and to express myself when required. WHAT DID YOUR 8-YEAR-OLD SELF LOVE DOING?
My eight-year-old self growing up in Edinburgh (Scotland) loved playing (real) football and supporting my favourite football team – Glasgow Rangers. Cameron Craig, as he does his job well!
