“Run for the Son” Annual Worldwide Evangelism Outreach

Pray. Invest. Work together. Promote. Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA) is an international Christian ministry organization devoted to promoting global evangelism to reach the world through Jesus Christ. Our annual “Run for the Son” event is CMA’s investment in world-wide evangelism.

For over the past 37 years “Run for the Son” has played an important role in over 39.4 million salvations in 194 countries around the globe.

On May 3rd, 2025, motorcyclists from all over the United States will participate in the 37th “Run for the Son” event. Over the course of 37 years, CMA, through “Run for the Son”, has raised over $105.9 million to fund biker

evangelism in the United States and around the world!

All are invited to join CMA chapters, members, and others across the U.S. to come together and participate in this year’s “Run for the Son” – you don’t have to be a CMA member to participate. 2024 “RFS” total from last year’s efforts came in at $6,004,410.79 in total donations!!!

Per our website cmausa.org it lists the four major ways that CMA’s “RFS” is accomplished:

1. PRAY: Pray for the ministry of CMA, “Run for the Son”, and all those it supports and reaches around the world.

2. INVEST: Get involved personally, click the online “donate now” link to invest in “Run for the Son”.

3. WORK TOGETHER: “RFS” efforts are multiplied when members of local chapters and others work together toward a common goal.

4. PROMOTE: Become a champion for “RFS” using the many tools provided online (“tools tab” at top

My First Bike Run

I went on my first bike run and it was an amazing experience. It was a celebration of life for Manuel “Man”Estrada. A sad day made beautiful with his memories. Everyone met at his house, where his wife Valerie had made memorial T-Shirts and fresh donuts for everyone. I am not a biker but I did not feel out place. As everyone was getting ready to head out they let everyone know where we were going and then said a prayer for safe travel. Valerie, Manuel’s wife, lead the run, along with his ashes for Manuel’s last ride. We stopped at all his favorite places and celebrated his life together. There were different chapters of MC riders to help ride with LA RAZA MC. It was an amazing feeling

to be part of this. You could see how much love, respect, and friendship he had with so many people. We stopped at Green Olive; Dead Rat and the final stop was at Frito Lay. The celebration included his memories, releasing of balloons and burnouts. It was surreal and touching. His friends and family celebrated Manuel’s life by doing what he loved, while his ashes were displayed on his bike. Everyone paying their respects. Everyone is getting along. Everyone missing him and coming together. Even though I am not a biker, I am comfortable with participate in more bike runs. It is a different and new experience to witness and be part of. Looking forward to the experiences, stay safe y’all.

Bike Night at Plan B

On April 9th, I went to attend the Bike night at Plan B in Hanford that Buffalo Soldiers, Roosters BBQ and Plan B put together. It was a nice night out, not too cold or hot and not too much wind. Around 15 Bikes were in attendance, Rooster BBQ was cooking up some good food for folks to enjoy. The Crowd was gathered inside have a good time having fellowship with other Bikers.

They did have door prizes up for grabs as well. CC Biker and Motorsports Publication of course donated a gift basket for a door prize. It is always good to see Bikers gather and everyone getting along and having a good time. They will be holding these Bike Night on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. So, try and make plans and come out and support a few local businesses. While you have a good time !!!

CHRISTIAN RESOURCES

There are nations of the world where the message of Jesus is prohibited. In many of those countries sharing the Gospel will get you locked up or killed. Working through Global Christian Relief, CMA is providing Bibles, Christian training materials, and direct aid to the persecuted in 60 of the most oppressive countries of the world. Global Christian Relief is committed to sharing Jesus and supporting believers in countries such as Syria, North Korea, Iraq, and North Sudan. CMA’s Run for the Son has purchased more than 3.6 million Bibles and provided the funding for millions of Christian training and evangelism aids in support for those who work in these dangerous locations.

HOW IT WORKS

On Saturday, May 3, 2025, motorcyclists from all over the United States will participate in the 37th Run for the Son. CMA members ask that individuals, like you, invest in Run for the Son. With your sponsorship, and the joint efforts of thousands of CMA members, we will make a difference for Christ.

All of the funds go directly to evangelistic outreach. Financial integrity is of paramount importance to the ministry of CMA as illustrated by our accreditation with the ECFA and Four Star Charity designation by Charity Navigator. Donations are tax deductible and the Run for the Son receipt is attached for your records.

Will you help us spread the light of Jesus around the world? Will you help us change the world? Will you support the Christian Motorcyclists Association’s Run for the Son? Thank you!
