A MESSAGE FROM THE PROVOST As the new Provost of the Community College of Beaver County, I am both honored and excited to continue serving an institution that has shaped my professional journey for more than 17 years. Spotlight Series MEET: Ona Cleckley

Ona is a passionate advocate for healing through movement, but her mission goes far deeper than just physical wellness. As the founder of “Sol Soul Sole”, she’s leading a movement grounded in faith, purpose, and the power of restoration. At its core, Sol Soul Sole is a sanctuary: a space for learning, growth, and positive transformation, especially for those who have often been overlooked or underserved. Driven by a desire to make holistic health accessible to all, Ona uses mindful movement as a tool for mental, physical, and spiritual recalibration. Through guided breath-work, gentle stretching, and intentional dynamic flow, students are invited to experience balance, strength, resilience, and sacred rest. We’re walking in purpose, following faith and carrying a mission to sow seeds for the revival of generations,” she shares. “This isn’t just movement — it’s sacred restoration.” In her class, you’ll find more than just stretching and strength-building, you’ll find a space to reconnect with your body, still your mind, and open your spirit to something deeper. This is an extension of our 4-week Beginner’s Pencil Drawing class and is open to all. Would you like to advance your drawing skills? Perhaps you’re a beginner who would like guided practice. Jump into drawing fruit with colored pencils, creating portraits, and exploring more exciting drawing projects with Betsy Bangley.

Join Betsy Bangley for a relaxing course in watercolor florals. Paint away your stress, and learn brush strokes, color mixing and layout ideas to create beautiful flowers and leaves. Use your new skills to decorate journal pages, stationary, and framed art, or simply create for the joy of painting.
