The Institutional Effectiveness Handbook contains helpful information regarding institutional effectiveness processes at CCBC, including strategic planning, student learning and service department outcomes assessment, and the assessment of general education. The Handbook also contains information pertaining to TracDat and the support measures recently put in to effect to help CCBC sustain successful assessment practices.
