Minutes for the CCBA Board of Trustees Meeting July 9, 2024
Called to order 12:05 p.m. Hawke, Wechselblatt, Larson, Sutanto, Phelan, and Executive Director Darco June 4, 2024 board meeting minutes: Motion to Approve (Phelan / Wechselblatt) Approved
Treasurer’s Report: Financials prepared for board to review. Ben will give report at the next meeting. He expects some revisions.
Ongoing Action Items
Committee Reports:
Hearsay Committee (Hawke): As usual, lots of great content is in the works. The next Hearsay issue is coming out soon.
Social Committee (Phelan, Darco): The Parisian Picnic themed Summer Soiree will be held at the Hidden House on August 3rd.
CLE Committee: 5 CLEs are confirmed for fall. The ethics CLE is confirmed. Expecting a tentative full calendar in August.
DEI Committee (Wechselblatt): CLE is 7/17. Great turnout anticipated.
Membership Committee (Sutanto): The committee will be focusing on renewals.
