ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Joshua Beyer is an American Audio Engineer currently expanding his knowledge at California Baptist University going for his Bachelor's degree and is in his Junior year of college. He got his start in production at his home church in the 6th grade and joined the student leadership group and continued going into high school and now currently works and is employed by his home Church Shadow Mountain Community church in El Cajon up until freshman year of college he only knew of the live production side of tech but when he got to college he did learn a lot more with the studio side of the industry. Josh got hired by the CBU Media and Productions team where he got further knowledge and experience in the live production setting. Ever since 6th grade he has always wanted to make a living and a career from mixing live shows and concerts and also general production work life stagehand work for production companies.

I would like to thank my family for helping me figure out college and trying their best to help me out and support my passion for technology. I want to thank my professors and specifically Tom and Jeff for giving me honest feedback about my mixes when I ask them how I can improve them. And then I want to say thank you to the current Senior class because they helped me out when I first joined CBU with the differences and gave me tips on coming from the live production direction and learning about the studio side of music.
