Faculty Spotlight

When I first worked on large-scale technology systems early in my career, I realized that data could transform complex challenges into clear, actionable insights. That realization sparked a passion for the intersection of technology and business, leading me to pursue advanced studies and a career focused on leveraging analytics to drive innovation and growth. I appreciate the opportunity that business analytics provides to empower organizations to thrive in a data-driven world. It enables me to guide students and professionals in mastering tools for strategic decision-making, predictive forecasting, process optimization and identifying new revenue opportunities.

I bring extensive experience in technology leadership into the classroom, spanning engineering, senior leadership in the technology sector, entrepreneurship and encompassing multiple industries including roles as a systems engineer on global projects, an executive focused on business process improvement and a co-founder/CEO of numerous innovative tech startups. One of the most rewarding yet challenging periods was leading a resource-constrained startup through rapid growth—navigating cash flow constraints, market uncertainties and scaling obstacles proved difficult, exciting and ultimately rewarding.
