I've spent most of my professional life owning and operating a successful high-end textile maintenance and floor care business alongside my husband and son since 1994. After retiring from that industry, I decided to pursue my lifelong passion real estate! Now, my husband and son work right alongside me in this new venture, keeping it a true family affair.
With years of business experience under my belt, I bring strong negotiation skills, excellent people skills, and a deep understanding of what it takes to prepare a home to sell quickly and for top dollar. My background as a Master Textile Technician has given me a unique edge I know floors and surfaces inside and out, and I’ve worked with home stagers, painters, electricians, carpenters, and Realtors for decades. I’ve earned the trust of clients, including celebrities, who entrusted me with their homes, keys, and garage codes. I know how to get things done right for my clients.
I’m passionate about helping people and genuinely care about guiding them through the home buying or selling process. Born and raised in the Nashville area, I’ve dedicated my life to serving clients across Middle Tennessee. I understand this market and love helping people relocate and find the perfect home here.
My husband and son handle the tech side of our business, and our Labradoodles, Stewie and Sheldon affectionately known as “The Closers” often come with me to closings. They like to say, “Mom puts the REAL in Real Estate!”
