The support funded three new water wells, bringing clean, safe water directly to 980 people. Today, mothers like Joy have hope, and children are safe from waterborne illness. Behind the scenes, our teams see that physical thirst isn’t the only crisis. Nigerian children face a severe drought of hope, battling economic pressure and declining moral values. A MIRACLE IN THAILAND Discover how CBN partners helped Fon find hope, healing, and Jesus
Fourteen-year-old Fon in Thailand had been sick her whole life. Born with a debilitating kidney condition, she’d been taking medication since infancy and was frequently in the hospital. She became too weak to even pour a glass of milk for herself at breakfast. Because of your support, CBN Animation has the resources to create, translate, dub, and deliver Superbook—and work alongside local ministry partners to deliver it to children like Fon. Through your help, Fon and her sister had the chance to experience Superbook episodes at a nearby after-school program. “The Prodigal Son” episode led Fon to Jesus, and after viewing “Miracles of Jesus,” Fon began praying for her own miracle. She prayed every day for nine months. Then, her doctor reported shocking results: Her kidneys had completely healed! Two years later, Fon is still healthy. She’s able to eat, carry her schoolbag, and play guitar with her sister—all of which were once difficult for her. “God answered my prayers and healed me,” Fon said. “Thank you for helping me know God!” Your ongoing support is reaching children like Fon around the world— children still waiting to encounter our miracle-working God.

Ortal’s story of survival
As Jewish families prepare for the High Holy Days of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, many across Israel are entering this sacred season carrying burdens of grief, uncertainty, and loss.
For Ortal, a Jewish mother of three living in Bat Yam, her home was the center of family life. It was where she raised her children, welcomed family and friends, and created years of cherished memories.

“That house was our anchor—our safe place,” she recalled. Everything changed when a ballistic missile struck her neighborhood during the conflict between Israel

A Compassionate response
That was when compassionate friends like you stepped in. Through CBN Israel, Ortal’s family received furniture to transform their temporary apartment into a welcoming home, along with food, groceries, and other essential support.

Rosh Hashanah—A Sweet New Year by Jessica Teed

Come close to God, and God will come close to you. James 4:8 (NLT) reminds me of the importance of drawing near to and spending time with God. He desires to spend time with us, not just when things are good, but also in seasons of struggle. Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, is a time of deep reflection, repentance, and hope. The day begins with the blowing of the shofar—an ancient trumpet that signals an awakening from spiritual slumber and a call to return to God. That’s why it’s also known as the Feast of Trumpets (see Numbers 29:1). The holiday begins the Ten Days of Awe that lead up to Yom Kippur, a sacred time for soul-searching and returning to the Lord. Have you ever experienced a wake-up call from God? That’s what I imagine the shofar to be—a jarring reminder that we’ve drifted, paired with a gentle invitation to come home. Zechariah 1:3 says, “Return to me, and I will return to you.” In hard seasons, it’s tempting to pull away from God in shame, grief, or disappointment. But it’s in His presence that we find peace, strength, and rest. Rosh Hashanah is also a celebration of hope. The sweetness of challah or apples dipped in honey reminds us of God’s promises. No matter what the year ahead holds, His goodness and faithfulness remain. Friend, I don’t know what you’re facing, but I pray you’ll draw near to God—and discover how sweet life with Him truly is. “What does it mean when the Bible talks about the glory of God?” God’s glory is often revealed through the manifestation of His power. Psalm 19:1 says, The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork (NKJV). Every part of creation—like a breathtaking sunrise or star-filled sky—points to our Creator, drawing our hearts toward Him. In Solomon’s temple, the glory of the Lord rested above the Ark of the Covenant, illuminating the Holy of Holies with His r adiant presence. That glorious reality is a foreshadowing of the New Jerusalem described in Revelation 21:23: The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. The miracles of Jesus were also signs of His glory. They revealed His divine nature and authority, inviting all who witnessed them to respond in faith. Whether we behold the glory of the Lord in creation, through His mighty acts, or in His abiding presence, there is only one fitting response—to worship the One who is worthy of all our praise.

Standing With Israel THE REMARKABLE STORY OF CBN’S CONNECTION TO THE JEWISH NATION

CBN’s bond with Israel began forming even before this ministry was founded by my parents, Pat and Dede Robertson. While living in New York in 1957, they wondered if they were called to minister in Israel. Later, they heard God’s clear call to move our family to Virginia and start a Christian TV station. Even so, Dad felt CBN’s destiny was linked with Israel’s, and this was confirmed the day we broke ground for our second studio. It was June 5, 1967—the start of Israel’s Six-Day War, which resulted in the reunification of Jerusalem. That morning, Dad read Jesus’ words in Luke 21:24, “Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.” For the first time in over 2,000 years, Jerusalem was under Jewish rule. When we dedicated that studio in 1968, our long-time friend and board member Harald Bredesen gave this amazing prophecy: “The days of your beginning … shall seem small in light of where I am going to take you … for I have chosen you to usher in the coming of my Son.” Where would Jesus return? The Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. And in 1977, that was the site of CBN’s first live broadcast via our new satellite earth station in Virginia. Dad recalled, “We were looking at the very place where our Lord would someday return, and we knew He was giving us a glimpse of the way that every eye will see Him” (Revelation 1:7). God keeps His Word. Modern Israel is a testimony to that, for He promised in Ezekiel 36:24: “I will take you from among the nations … and bring you into your own land.” When Yitzhak Rabin was Israel’s prime minister, Dad interviewed him for The 700 Club and asked what we should do. He replied, “Be strong! Be strong!” And that remains our goal today. Thank you for standing with Israel through your partnership with CBN.
