Through radio outreach and compassionate service, lives are being transformed with healing, hope, and faith. Because of your partnership, people now see a brighter future.

THAILAND

• Over a two-year span, orphans and at-risk children in Bangkok have grown in faith through the Superbook Academy curriculum. A special visit from the Superbook team filled their day with joy, games, and lessons about Jesus.

More than 900 churches and schools across Thailand now use the Superbook program, ministering to about 20,000 children. Your dedication is shaping young lives with the hope of the Gospel.

FROM SHATTERED TO RESTORED

Discover how caring partners brought healing and hope to Olexiy

When war with Russia brought shelling to his village in Eastern Ukraine, young Olexiy’s life changed in an instant. Shrapnel tore through his shoulder and arm, leaving him in constant pain and unable to work or even lift a bucket. His mother watched with sorrow as her son’s future seemed to vanish.

The surgery he needed was far beyond his family’s means. Without it, Olexiy faced a lifetime of disability. But thanks to the compassion of caring partners, CBN’s Operation Blessing provided the help he desperately needed. Surgeons rebuilt his injured arm, giving him a chance to heal and dream again.

Today, Olexiy helps his mother, looks forward to starting a family, and even plans to return to wrestling. With hope renewed, he gratefully says, “Many thanks to … Operation Blessing. … I have witnessed that the Lord is always near.”

PRESIDENT TRUMP APPOINTS

ABIGAIL ROBERTSON TO HISTORIC RELIGIOUS COMMISSION ADVISORY BOARD

Commission Unites Faith Leaders to Defend Nationwide Spiritual Freedoms

CBN’s Abigail Robertson has been selected by President Donald Trump to serve on an advisory board for the newly established Religious Liberty Commission. A CBN News reporter for over 10 years, including two years as White House Correspondent, Robertson moved in 2024 to co-host Heaven Meets Earth—a CBN podcast highlighting modern-day miracles and divine encounters.

“I am deeply honored to be appointed by President Trump to serve on the advisory board,” said Robertson in a statement. “Defending the constitutional right of religious freedom is an issue close to my heart, and I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this vital mission.”

The new commission, designed to “vigorously

enforce robust protections for religious liberty,” brings together notable leaders like Pastor Jentezen Franklin, Dr. Alveda King, Pastor Jack Graham, and Kristen Waggoner.

According to the executive order, the commission will report on threats to religious liberty, strategies to protect it for future generations, and programs to strengthen peaceful religious pluralism. As Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick explained: “No one should get between God and a believer.”

White House Faith Advisor Paula White-Cain told CBN the effort also extends to defending religious liberty around the world, saying, “This comprehensive report will look at threats … to all people of faith,” and seek actionable solutions.

Today, thanks to a school poultry farm—supported by CBN’s Operation Blessing and generous partners—she and her classmates receive fresh eggs several times a week—an essential boost to their health, energy, and growth.

“The eggs are delicious. They make me feel strong and healthy,”

Esther said, beaming with joy. These meals are often the only food many children like her will eat all day, providing vital nourishment that empowers them to learn, play, and dream. The school’s commitment to offering free hot meals and fresh food is a direct result of your compassion and kindhearted support, which has touched more than 7,000 children since the program began.

A JOURNEY OF SURVIVAL

It began as an ordinary Sunday—until the unthinkable happened outside Tim’s church. A violent attack should have ended his life. Discover his astonishing testimony—and a message that’s now reaching the world.

PROVISION AGAINST ALL ODDS

Benny and Sara faced a test of faith when Benny’s health failed and their income disappeared. Choosing to give when it made no sense, they discovered something life-changing—a truth about God’s promises that you’ll want to see.

A Flood of Thanksgiving

My heart sank as I awoke to find the floor of our camper soaked with water. “No! Not again, Lord,” I thought.

I’d rushed to tear out the inside of the RV, remove any mold, and lay new flooring so our two toddlers could be safe—all while living in it. So much had gone wrong. I’d been injured, and now I needed to rip out the floor again. I couldn’t afford this kind of mistake.

The worst part was how hopeful we’d become the night before after the roof held up under a terrible storm. Then instead, the place had flooded from the inside due to a leaky faucet.

Shock gave way to desperation, and then my heart filled with rage. How could God let this happen? We had an agreement. I’d asked for help, and He was supposed to answer!

There was no solution but thankfulness—through a return to the cross. I had to bow before God and yield my sinful self to Him. God had promised that I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me (Galatians 2:20 esv).

Jesus had given His life to get me to the Father’s side, and He had promised His presence in life now. I had a reason to be thankful! And my angry, fearful old identity had been buried. I didn’t have to be that man anymore.

As a new man, I could give God thanks. As His Word reminds us, Be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5).

Q&A

My church isn’t supportive of patriotism—and I was asked to stop prayer meetings for Israel and America. Is it okay to pray for these nations and love them the way that I do? I still pray at home.

It’s understandable to wrestle with this, especially when your heart feels called to pray for your country and for Israel. The Bible actually encourages believers to pray for the places we live and for those in authority. Jeremiah 29:7 says, “And work for the peace and prosperity of the city where I sent you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, for its welfare will determine your welfare.” God cares about nations and communities because people matter to Him. Paul also encouraged prayer for those in authority—even leaders who were hostile to Christians. And Psalm 122:6 says, Pray for peace in Jerusalem. May all who love this city prosper. When you pray for your nation and Israel, you’re asking God’s blessing for their people. Keep praying in faith. God loves to hear your prayers for others.

Scripture is quoted from the NLT.

ENTER INTO HIS REST

As we approach Thanksgiving and prepare our hearts for Advent, there’s an invitation from God that we often overlook: “Enter into My rest.”

In times of stress, suffering, or unanswered questions, it’s natural to strive for answers, to ask, Why am I going through this? Often, we make futile attempts to solve, fix, and carry the weight of every burden. But Scripture shows us a better response—one rooted in faith. It’s an invitation from the Lord to step out in faith and surrender.

Hebrews 4:10 says, The one who has entered His rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from His. This isn’t just about taking a break—it’s about laying down the burden of striving. It’s trusting that God has already worked out the solution.

Entering into His rest means we stop rehearsing the problem and start remembering His promises. It means we quiet the noise of fear and listen for His voice. We give thanks not for the hardships we encounter, but to the God who walks with us through them.

This is what Advent reminds us of: Immanuel—God with us. In every moment of anxiety or uncertainty, He is present. We don’t have to carry it all. We can cast our cares on Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).

So as you reflect during this season, ask yourself: Am I striving, or am I trusting? Am I clinging to control, or am I resting in Him?

God is not asking you to fix everything. He’s asking you to believe that He already has. That’s the rest He offers—a peace that passes understanding, a confidence in His faithfulness, and the quiet assurance that He is with you.

May God bless you as you say yes to His rest today.

Scripture is quoted from the NASB.
